My family and I went to Le Manoi aux Quat'saisons last week and we had an AMAZING 5 course lunch! The staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Food was fantastic, nothing was left on the plates! They did an extra desert as a surprise for my sister and it was fabulous! We will certainly love to return in the...

It's another world! Of absolute 5 star luxury. From the very moment we were met in the car park and had our luggage taken to our room, to our own personal member of staff who met us at the door and showed us round before taking us to our room. First class service and attention to detail. The room was...

Spent a wonderful two days at Le Manoir. The setting, service, and of course the food were all excellent. We're coming back in the summer! We fully recommend the overnight stay in one of the themed rooms.

I took my wife here for her birthday and I can say it is perfect the attention to detail is incredible. Nothing is too much trouble the staff are very well trained and clearly enjoy what they do and are very proud of the hotel, the gardens and the food. If you stay here you almost take for granted the...

I was a little worried that young children were possibly not the 'norm' at a magnificent hotel like this, and we didn't see many other children whilst we were there, but my worries were unfounded. From the moment we arrived, they were made...

Wow!!! My husband not only kept the weekend away secret, he brought me here! It's nothing short of perfect. The staff, suite, grounds all beautiful but the star has got to be the food. It is sublime. I hope to be taken again for my next road sign Birthday.

There is no doubting that this is a wonderful place. The food is outstanding, the rooms exceptional and the staff very attentive and friendly. For most, like us, I expect it is not a regular destination. My advice - get there early, leave late, get a decent room (we had Arrabesque which was lovely) and go for the full gastronomic...

We stayed at Le Manoir for 5 days over Christmas and it was absolutely fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated with a wonderful tree, the food was sublime as always but this year the Christmas menu's were exquisite the first course was amazing then each course just got better and better until a meal became a feast. Sad that I've taken so long to write thus review! I booked a stay here as a surprise for my husband's 50th birthday. I booked the stay & dine package. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome. At check in we were surprised to be told that our room had been upgraded. It was magnificent....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Created by celebrated chef Raymond Blanc OBE, Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons is renowned for offering one of Britain's finest gastronomic experiences. Situated in the picturesque Oxfordshire village of Great Milton, it is also one of the country's most intimate and original hotels, with 32 individually designed guest rooms and suites. The hotel received two Michelin stars in 1984, the first year of its opening, and, remarkably, has held them ever since. Surrounded by lawns, flower borders and orchards, the luxury hotel enjoys an idyllic, typically English setting. But beyond the eye-catching displays are vegetable and herb gardens that provide the kitchen-and the acclaimed Raymond Blanc Cookery School-with ultra-fresh, organic produce, ensuring the Michelin-star restaurant remains at the cutting edge of culinary excellence. ... more   less
