We went for a superior room. Worth every penny. Great room with plenty of space and fantastic views. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Food was excellent. Comfortable lounge. Fab little bar. We'll be back.

It’s was our first trip to the Highlands and it was ruined by this hotel. I normally take reviews with a pinch of salt and I like to make my own mind up but this time I really do wish I listened to the reviews. We paid extra to have a loch view and reading the reviews it also

We only stayed the one night but loved the charm of this place! Adding in how hospitable the staff was!! This is a lodge with a super bar and a lodge feel. Our room had two over stuffed comfortable chairs by the window to enjoy a lovely view of the loch. Everything was spotless

We were duped by the Webb site that we looked at for accommodation.. You would think that you were going a Hotel at the top of its game. How wrong we were. As far as I am concerned they should not be allowed to trade. They must have powerful friend's allowing them to continue. I wrote to Trading Standards, in September. I am still awaiting a reply. Visit Scotland did not want to know. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STATING THERE.

Hi does anybody really think this place is worth an overnight stay ?
No, It need a lot of investment to bring it up to standard. Windows poorly maintained. Food meagre in quantity and service is not very efficient. There is no lift and staff do not offer to carry cases.
