I stayed here for a weekend with my hill walking club. The hotel is well situated for climbing the nearby hills and is just off the road from Fort William to Inverness. My room was comfortable, clean and warm and the hotel itself was cosy with a log fire burning. Food was good and reasonably priced and staff were very... More

I was working in the area for 4 weeks and stayed here for the duration. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. The rooms are well set out, clean and very well attended. Will certainly stay here again if I am in the area.

This hotel has a charming location off the busy A9 with magnificent views of the surrounding hills. Perfect for touring or accessing Munros. It has lots of parking, lovely landscaped gardens with pond and friendly ducks! We had had a camp on the hills and were ready for some home comforts. We were welcomed by the new proprietor Alan. I was a little weary of this B and B because of the bad reviews...but personal did not experience any of the thing in those reviews...actually it was the total opposite. We had flow in that morning into Edinburgh and had driven all day..seeing sights along the way and finally getting in late to check in, the B and B... More

I was with a group of 22 and at very last minute they fitted us in on a Sunday night for food. There restaurant was comfortable and appealing. The food was excellent... Between us we sampled alot of the meals on offer. It was served quickly and efficiently.

A very attractive hotel with good sized rooms and comfortable beds, set in picturesque surroundings, ideal for exploring the local beauty spots. We had already eaten by the time we arrived, so I can't comment on the restaurant facilities but breakfast was excellent. However, the bar was very friendly with a good selection of malts. You may read some negative... More

Called in “on spec” for late afternoon meal with friends on way back from Fort William to their holiday accommodation in Kinloch Rannoch. First visit, so unsure what to expect, but menu looked encouraging. I was served at the bar by Tina (of whom more later) who devoted great care and attention to the drinks order and insisted on bringing... More

We came across this inn while touring the area in our motorhome. It appeared to have a good menu and we wished we had found it earlier for lunch. However we sat in the sunshine and had some nice drinks. There is a good sized carpark -necessary for our motorhome. the staff were friendly and helpful. Obviously we can't comment... More
