An amazing place in the heart of the "Provence"! The hospitality is TOP... That you are already looking forward to your next visit! The rooms are super cosy and clean! The pool and kindness of the people make your stay unforgettable! And in the morning you can get the best croissants ... With a delicious cup of coffee or tea!

My wife, 5-year-old daughter and I stayed at the Castel Mouisson in late June 2015. We picked the hotel because it was a great location to explore Avignon, Pont de gard, Gordes and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (among others) and we weren't let down. In addition to the location, we loved the garden and pool. The breakfasts were amazing too, and the Rugby-League-loving-lady...

Staff were very pleasant and helpful, location was well out of Barbentane, definitely need a car, taxi is 25 Euro from train station/Avignon, no air conditioning, bathroom needs attention and updating, breakfast is poor for the 10 Euro, as was quality of the dinner. The outdoor area was pleasant with the trees around the pool. The wifi kept dropping out...

Unfortunately I can't give this hotel a good review which is such a shame as the house itself is nice and the grounds are lovely. However the rooms are terrible. We booked via booking.com but the photo of the bedroom is nothing like the room we were shown to. The room was extremely basic, small (for two people) and very...

We stayed here because Avignon was full because of the festival - and in the event, it turned out to be a great choice. It was a 20 Euro taxi fare from the train station and what we spent on taxies we more than saved on the accommodation, which was very French provencial with wonderful breakfasts in the shade of...

A really nice small hotel. NIce room but rather dated bathroom. Comfortable lounge. Extensive grounds with plenty of shady areas to keep out of the sun & wind. You definitely need a car if staying here. It is about 6 miles from Avignon and a mile or so from Barbentane. There is no restaurant. Barbentane offers a very limited choice...

Lovely welcome. Typical Provençal room. Lovely surroundings, swimming pool ( bit cold) and gardens. Rather a long way to local restaurants (3 in the village) to walk, however very well placed centrally to visit popular attractions in central Provence. Reasonable value for local area.

this is a nice hotel, very cosy but rather far from... anything. rooms are spacious and clean (a little old-fashioned, but who cares :)) There is no restaurant in the vicinity, so you need to take the car to a town center nearby if you want diner/lunch breakfast: croissant, piece of bread, marmelade and coffee (very good coffee) or tea...

We found this place through Logis and booked it for just one night at the last minute to follow our day at the bull fights in Arles on Easter Sunday, so we were very pleased to find a hotel with some charm, friendly people and reasonable pricing. This hotel appears to be a family-run operation, and though the building is...

This hotel is average although the grounds are nice and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were 'cleaned' and the beds made in barely 5 minutes flat. The grouting around the bath, basin and toilet is grubby and the furniture in the rooms old. The first room we had was damp and smelled musty, however we changed rooms...
