I live locally and have tried 3 times to have breakfast at the hotel on a nice sunny day overlooking the beach. First time it was 10.30 and the kitchen had just closed- fair enough the menu says until 10.30.

The hotel is located approx 10/15 min drive to the centre of Brighton, it’s very quaint around the area but not really much to do. I’d recommend staying closer to Brighton pier if you plan on spending most of your time around this area.

Hi Dawn, if you are staying at the hotel then on arrival you give reception your registration plate details(number plate), they then key this into a machine and it stops you getting a parking ticket. However the last time we stayed at the hotel our number plate details were entered incorrectly and we got a parking ticket notification come through the post, it was all sorted out with one phone call to the hotel though. If you are just dining in the restaurant then I don't know the answer to that I would hazard a guess that you have to pay and display. Hope this helps. Sue
