We are still here! Twin room with my daughter for a mini break so thankfully just one night. Booked with late rooms website - £59 bed and breakfast. Good rate so can't moan (much!) but room is not great and very basic. Ground floor - Dusty and needs a quick clean (even dust in the mugs), single bed is ok...

A last minute stop off from a long family journey room not too bad,bed ok but springy floor boards squeak decor bit outdated cigarette burns in carpet (not hotels fault) nice size rooms and bathroom very nice and friendly receptionist. Would stay defiantly again. On my opinion they hotel could go very far and charge more money for there rooms...

stayed here for 1 night. Wow, place is shocking. Probably the worst place i have ever stayed in and paid for. Hotel is really out of date big time. Receptionist is the best thing about the whole experience. On entry you can smell the damp and dusty out of date furnishings, it is like stepping back into the 70's. Checked...

We stayed here for 2 nights on Friday 23rd until Sunday 25th September. I picked this hotel for the price and location and I can safely say that this is a GOOD HOTEL. Yes; decor wise, it's a bit dated. But the decor doesn't have any effect on the more important things - cleanliness, comfort and price. For the price,...

This place should be paying us to stay there. £70 for a double room booked through booking.com was a joke. The ground floor room was stiflingly hot, we didn't feel safe enough to leave the window open as there was what looked like a builders yard outside. The carpet was covered in stains and marks, I couldn't hazard a guess...

The worst hotel ever stayed in. Dated, threadbare curtains, patched carpet, uncomfortable bed, bathroom escaped from 70s/80s. Don't eat here, ended up with sickness & diarrhoea, after a so called meal of cod & chips(if you could call it that). Didn't stay for breakfast, didn't want to risk it. The last time will ever book anything without looking at reviews...

Single beds comfortable but bad stain on carpet on entrance to ensure suite, possibly blood. Bath side badly chipped or burnt . Bar very basic with large tv overpowering any conversation. Adjoining restaurant merely a bolt on conservatory alongside the road so both noisy and cold. Breakfast limited to continental but not much choice and the smallest croissants ever seen!...

I have to be fair to the place, it was actually quite nice. I know this flies in the face of other reviews, but we went there with a certain expectation and it was met. From the outside it is very pleasant. As we entered there was work being done to the ceiling and walls around the reception area. Maybe...

We decided as the weather had turned to leave a campsite where we were staying and stay here on our way home. We booked via booking.com so got two standard rooms for £88.00. I understand it is cheap but really this place should pay people to stay there !! First issue was that when we arrived my children who are...

While the outside appearance of the hotel is good, the poor state of the décor both in the main areas of the hotel and the bedrooms is both shabby and dated. My main concern though was that the temperature of the room (number 32) was like walking into a Turkish bath. There is no air conditioning and only one of...
