We arrived early after a drive from Wales. However, the staff could not have been more helpful and our rooms were soon ready. We were attending a birthday party. The food was excellent. Brilliant buffet and I had a very tasty turkey dinner. Being gluten free, the staff went the extra mile to make sure my food was safe for me...

Attended an event organised by friends and stayed overnight. Room was large and well appointed plus a walk-in wardrobe and adequate bathroom, shower was ok. Very comfy bed and pillows plus extras if required. Very quiet. Evening meal was good, tasty and well cooked as was breakfast although could have done with more tea/coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful....

Myself and my husband had our wedding at Hadlow manor yesterday. We are so grateful for the amazing service and the extra mile that the staff went for us. We made lots of different requests for dietary and other reasons and these requests were sorted within minutes and very discreetly! Big thanks to Rebecca and James who looked after us...

Nice team, made to feel welcome, good value for money, menu and food ok. Don't stay in 101 on Thursday night, a networking event starts at 6.10am on Friday morning, sounds like they are in your room! Getting out from the car park onto main room is a little hair raising (not hotels issue)

Went there for a friends wedding. Hotel organiser at the wedding was a bit snooty, but was helpful when there was a dietary issue and got it resolved. Was ok and all the other staff were friendly and helpful. Food was ok, hotel standard but could of done with a tad more vegetables as thought the portions were a tad...

We came to Hadlow Manor for an evening wedding reception, and had booked to stay overnight at the hotel. First impressions upon arriving were good! The exterior looked really beautiful.. Compact yet elegant, and set in nice grounds. Once inside, the hotel appeared to have a mixture of decor - ranging from those areas that may have had a make...

My fiancé and I chose to have our engagement party at the Hadlow Manor Hotel because we had previously stayed there for a valentines day meal and thought the food was very nice. We made arrangements with a member of staff to book the Garden room for our party and we chose to have the finger buffet provided by the...

Stayed the night due to working in the area, booked a double room on Laterooms for £62. On arrival I was greeted with a beaming smile from the lovely receptionist , she's just fab, so polite and mature beyond her age. The bedroom was ok perhaps a little dated but the bed was comfy, the ensuite was a bit old...

Our friends live in West Sussex and we live West Kingsdown so decided to meet here to catch up. We booked for bed breakfast and evening meal. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, the menu for the meal was a little strange as there were no starters although we were supposed to get 3 courses. The food was...

This hotel was an extremely mixed experience. Starting with customer service it ranged from terrible experiences dealing with one particular young girl at reception while our wedding group was arriving and checking in, to reasonable experiences with other reception staff later in the weekend. There were a number of fairly clueless staff members, (high school aged), and a couple of...
