We went here for a family meal last week and enjoyed it that much that we went back today for Sunday dinner. The food was delicious and oh my god the desserts were a delight. We were served both times by a lovely lady who was very friendly & attentive. The pub itself is very clean and has classy decor....

Came here for a family meal. It was on a Saturday lunch time so as expected, it was very busy. The staff were very polite and the restaurant itself was lovely. Service was a bit slow, but it was expected because of how busy it was. Only problem we had was that some of our orders got mixed up and...

We got back at 2 in the morning no one was in the bar, I went to my room and the atmosphere was strange it was cold but it felt like there was someone else there. All night I could hear doors opening and slamming, foot steps up and down the corridor. If there was no one in the bar...

Unsure of all the bad review on here. The room we had was lovely. Clean spacious. Tea and coffee. Bathroom great size and clean. Lots of space. Looks like it's had a revamp downstairs as it looks very posh. Lovely stay for us. No hassle. Staff friendly Thank you

I needed overnight accommodation for a business trip. This hotel came up at a very good rate in the area I needed to be. I can only describe this hotel or should I say Hostel as functional. Reading the reviews too late to do anything about it I decided to go as not to loose my fee as the room...

Have tried ringing 14 times, last night and today to chance a restaurant booking, no answer at all not even an answer machine to leave a message. Absolutely unbelievable about time you got your act together

Stayed here a few times now. Food is superb, staff are great, friendly and helpful. However I stayed in room 10, last month room 9. They are in desperate need of decorating and repairs. Bathroom light didn't work, the string had snapped. The shower holder fell off, the window wouldn't shut which made the room noisy and drafty. And the...

Rooms were not very clean, Three rooms were booked and all three had wall paper peeling off the walls. My personal room had a broken toilet seat and a hollow in the middle of the bed, which was discovered when it was too late to do anything about it, into which a small car could have fallen into. After complaining...

I ordered a fillet steak cooked medium which was cooked badly .Medium one end ,well done the other .The steak was tough and chewy. It was served with raw mushrooms and frozen...
