We had spent the day at The Black Country Museum and were off to Villa Park the follow day so the hotel was conveniently situated on our route. We were concerned that we were running late and put a call into the hotel who reassured us that all was fine and they looked forward to seeing us later. Upon arrival...

Stayed at this hotel last night in a superior double. Very impressive from the outside as was the reception area but the room needed a bit of maintenance in the bathroom; our room didn't have a great view but not a massive problem for us as we were only there for one night. Plenty of tea and coffee; complimentary oj,...

Thanks for your lovely positive review. Delighted that the team looked after you well and that you found the food good quality, and the service to match. Appreciate of course your feedback about the walkway through reception, fortunately only for a few weeks and then we will be ready to reveal our brand new Marcos Pierre White Steakhouse.

Nice place, nice people, breakfast was good and we had Dinner which was very tasty. Our room was good even though the hotel was having some refurbishing done it didn't cause any inconvenience. We would stay again.

Dear Barry and Josie, thank you for such a positive review. The team love to receive top scores and it is especially heartening to know that we have got it right even during the construction of our new Marco Pierre White Steakhouse. Hopefully you will have the chance to come and stay again soon

We had an overnight stay and left our car on the car park for a week whilst we had a holiday in Spain. The staff were very good and helpful, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was furnished with good quality towels and toiletries. The taxi transfers both to the airport and back to the hotel were good, punctual...

Stayed just one night whilst visiting the NEC which is 9 mins away by road. Very pleasant and helpful staff throughout. I note the comments on car parking but I found a space at the front. No lift so a stair climb and bit of a walk through the corridors however there was an entrance from the rear car at...

Thank you for such a lovely review. I am delighted that we got so many aspects spot on. We do have a lift on one wing of bedrooms, so happy to allocate that area on a future stay if a lift is important for you. Hopefully we can welcome you back in the near future

Stayed here 2 nights in April. The standard room is elegant but now dated and getting tatty. Mould along the bottom of the shower curtain, the magnifying mirror hanging on by one screw, half empty complimentary toiletries. A fridge would have been a plus. The breakfast was adequate but luke warm food on cold plates. The saving grace were the...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I am sorry that a few niggles marred your stay. It is more difficult during our refurbishment to keep the plates warm, but will see if we can find a more effective solution. I am delighted that the food was a highlight. Hopefully we will have a chance to welcome...

My husband & I stayed at this hotel for 1 night, as we were going to a show at the Genting Arena, and I had treated him to both. The hotel looks very impressive from the front, and plenty of parking, even though I had read that parking was a challenge. Plenty of work going on inside the hotel as...

Thank you for your review. I am disappointed that your stay wasn't a positive one. I can't see from the duty report any issues with breakfast and we do normally receive many compliments. I do wish that we had had the opportunity to resolve this with you during your stay.

Stayed here for just the one night. To start I would say they should sort the car parking, it seems a lot of people stay here and leave their cars as its close to the airport, this makes the rear car park absolutely rammed and difficult to find a spot. The room was very comfortable and clean so no complaints...

Dear Ian, thanks for a balanced review. Sadly we do have a few guests who leave their cars without reservations which can cause congestion. I am sorry that this marred your stay. We do offer a late bar service but as you can imagine on many evenings guests have gone to bed before we could open this. We do have...

The hotel was very good. The parking was very challenging. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The meal in the evening was very good value for money and quality. However the breakfast needs t be looked after better fried eggs solid scrambled eggs watery and whey on top. Not good. Would have chosen poached eggs and smoked fish. Just...

Thanks John for your review. I am sorry that you had some challenges finding us, generally postcode searches on sat nav do pinpoint us fairly accurately though if you are able to let us know where the address is incorrect so that we can remedy this and avoid anyone else being similarly frustrated. Delighted that the team and dinner were...

We arrived on a Sunday evening and had trouble finding a parking space. The hotel is about 15mins from Birmingham Airport so guests can leave their cars whilst they are away. Don't know the cost of this but would certainly consider it if flying from Birmingham. No shuttle service - taxi cost would be around £15 each way. Hotel reception...

Thank you for your lovely review.
