Visited for a few nights in a group of 8. We stayed in mills house it was so nice house was a bit old but very modern. Hot tub was great. Had a really lovely break. Arcades and entertainment was good and enjoyable. Swimming pool was also good. Food at the terrace cafe was ok too.

Pool was huge and great for family swimming. Changing rooms cleaned regularly. Entertainment hall was big and entertainment was excellent! My grandfather, uncle, father and aunt loved to play the daily bingo game. Lots of restaurants to visit and enjoy the view over the Solent. The amusement arcade was huge and lots of prizes to win and the kids can...

Came home today after spending 5 days at west sands. My children age 4,5 and 14 had a great time. Lovely big indoor swimming pool which I thought may of been really busy as it was Easter holiday but wasn't busy. The bunni club was ideal while the adults have a game of bingo, the staff that run it always...

We booked and paid for a private caravan on this site for the Easter break . Two days before we were due to arrive we received a phone call from the lady who we had booked the caravan with apologising saying that Bunn Leisure no longer allow people staying on their site at Easter unless you have stayed there before....

We stayed in the Medina Cottage which was lovely. It was right on the beach near the fun fair and close to the club house. The perfect location. The swimming pool was good and the kids loved it. We didn't go to the club house at night but did use the restaurant which we found a little pricey but nothing...

Haven't been here for a few years but it is still a clean tidy touring park. Great entertainment over the Easter weekend. Wherever you live in England and have a touring van, motor home or tent definitely try Warners Farm (Bunns) Selsea. Choice of 3 great clubs, close to Bognor, Chichester, Portsmouth and great countryside. Well recommended (and dogs are...

I have to respond to this review as it is totally inaccurate. I am a caravan Owner at Bunn Leisure and advise that I have been to nearly every holiday park in the South East and there is no other park that can compete with Bunn, for cleanliness, entertainment and facilities. Furthermore who are these owners you are referring to...

I unfortunately had to spend a weekend break at bunn leisure. Gladly I didn't pay as I was my friends guest. I've been here before and I hated it then. Dirty toilets in viking pub. Over priced bar drinks and pub food staff complaining that they don't get paid enough. Don't waste your money. If you like comming to selsey...

Had a lovely time their with the Sun voucher offer. Have been several times now and always enjoy the huge swimming pool. Go early or late for best swim - only 2 others in pool at 6.30 pm. Main menu meals in Smugglers are priced far too high, if full English breakfast is £3.99 then they should be able to...

I have stayed here on 4 occasions now. I cannot fault the accommodation we have stayed in. All great quality, comfortable and clean. Well equipped. The pool is also nice. What really lets down the park is the awful Smugglers restaurant. It has a fab location but serves over priced, average food and drinks. A hamburger-£14.Ridiculous. Nothing special at all.
