The new hotel is still in construction but we had very few nuisances. The original hotel needs to be refreshed and outside door closed at 10 p.m. without any chance to go out (!!!). No cardkeys and you need to go long way (approx 5 minutes) to other reception at new building and then go out.... The kindness of the...

Stayed there for one night. The hotel is connect to the thermal baths and guests can enjoy unlimited free access. The hotel is very new I think opened in October 2016 or something like this. The room was very characteristic with a Alpine style (furniture in wood) and also the bathroom was super! You have a balcony that overlook the...

The new wing has opened recently and you can feel it. The rooms are beautiful, with stone and wood accents, and are very modern and well thought. The bathrooms are perfect, with shower, bath and separate toilets. But on the organisation side, things still need a bit of adjustment (we were given the wrong room number, for example). The restaurant...

We loved this experience! The baths are perfect, lots of different pools and activities for the children. All the water is gorgeously hot. We loved the whirlpool and waterfall cave. I could lie on the bubble beds all day.

The baths are lovely, there is a different swimming pool for every need. Kids pool, water slides, indoor pool, Olympic pool and river Rapids with bubble pools. The rooms are very basic, bed was hard with 1 pillow per person and shower only in the room. Breakfast was very average.... Lovely selection of fresh breads but the eggs were terribly...

To go there for the baths and the spa area is quiet good. The hotel itself is ok. We were there with a group from work, the service was not what we expected. For breakfast we came 10 mins before closing and they almost chased us out of the restaurant. Stuff is unfriendly and ignorant - which definitely made us...

Dear guest, Thank you for taking time to write us. Feedback from our guests helps us to provide better services. We are very sorry and surprised, because it happens regularly that clients finish their breakfast after 10am and we don’t refuse to serve them. Hoping to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in Saillon. Kind regards Bains de Saillon...

We were recommended to visit here by the staff at our hotel......they couldn't speak highly enough! We were not disappointed, great drive from Chamonix Valley into Rhone Valley, easy to find, facilities were amazingly clean inside and out, staff in the right places at the right time, and the pools were so lovely and warm. The entire thermes experience was...

My husband and i stayed for 1 night during a hike through the vineyards of Sion. Staff were not friendly at all. Just checked you in, checked you out and that's it. English was difficult here....staff spoke little English. We had an attic room on the top floor (think it was 5th) had great views over the vines and of...

The Thermes (we didn't stay at the Hotel) are nice, well maintained and organized, the pools are large, the river very funny, expecially for the children and there isn't the crowd-effect that affects other similar places. The entrance cost is reasonable. The Spa is in a separated building, not so big; it has two kind of Sauna and Turkish bath,...
