Away from crowd, this malay kampung like setup is a perfect getaway for those prefer to be in a quiet and green lushful surrounding. The attap house are about a hundred years old. The interior is so beautifully decorated with modern amenities for a perfect stay. There is a pool in the garden. The restaurant serves good food but i...

Spent 5 days in neighbouring Temple Tree hotel but came to Bon Ton to eat on several occasions. Lovely setting with view of sunset, their pretty grounds and buildings. Varied menu. Dinners came with cocktail of the day so everyone relaxed. Tried the local plate of 9 small dishes. All very tasty and not too spicy. Bbq chicken good as...

While expensive, you are paying for the small boutique size of the hotel (8 Villas) and great service. Pro's - located away from the crowds & intimate/small boutique accommodation with traditional private villas, great food & drinks in the restaurant, free cocktail with dinner each night, great service, proceeds support the animal shelter near by; food in restaurant is great,...

We like this resort. It takes us back to the days of a typical Malay kampong with atap houses as our lodging. The atap houses that are in this resort ground according to the concierge are about 100 years old. Furnitures, fixtures, decorations and etc.looks old made with typical wood and bamboo. Grounds are well kept surrounded by trees. There...

Both dishes tasted great and Beef Rendang was really yammy. Meat so tender compared our first try at KL airport hotel where same dish was for sure made from most rubber...

Don't expect much for the pool. You have no interest to swim in. The deck chair is very old and lots of mosquitos at the pool area. Luckily the room is nice for a kpg style of home. Large toilet and room. Hmmm. Kinda disappointed by the room cleaning as they do not replenish out toiletries and towels. But the...

This place is what we love. Individual cottages of different sizes. Brought from all parts of Malaysia and reassembled essential mod cons. Open air bathroom with petals and leaves falling from the trees above. wonderful verandah overlooking a lake/marshy area with a wonderful variety of birds, and the odd monitor lizard. Swimming pool. Wonderful staff, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend...

Stayed in this resort and it was truly relaxing. It’s a kampong style room and it’s unique. The staff there are friendly and good service. It also have a nice pool. However, the location is a bit out of town and a bit away from the beach but it’s not a big problem.

We initially booked 3 nights at bon ton, but we decided to stay 2 extra nights because we were having a wonderful stay: delicious food, caring staff, very stylish house. The boss upgraded us to a bigger one for free, low season priviledge! Also, we love animals so we were glad to spend time with them - at the hotel...
