I can only reiterate what others have said in their reviews, this place was so relaxing and the scenery was great. My kids and I loved staying in the old houses that had so much old charm with a modern twist. Having the cats and dogs at the resort was a bonus, they were there but not overly obvious! The...

We stayed next door at the sister resort Temple Tree which is a lovely resort too but found ourselves gravitating towards the bar /restaurant and shop area of Bon Ton more often than not. The rescue cats are a delight and the lovingly restored houses are straight out of the 'Eat,love pray' ethos. The food was more than acceptable (...

The title sums up how we felt. Great balik kampung ambience, but much much cleaner, better maintained than your average kampung. Great hospitality from the staff, the house was serviced before we returned from our evening outing. The house was originally an old traditional Malay house on stilts but the interior deco was superbly done. Everything was in perfect order,...

Stayed only for a night but will definitely go back! These are village type houses which are lovely though it can get a bit warm during the day as the air conditioning is insufficient. The resident cats make themselves at home in the resort and the lovely dogs are at the shelter nearby where you can volunteer to take them...

Actually stayed in sister hotel next door. Enjoyed our stay, we had 2 different rooms during our visit. Both were unique, breakfast was very good and everything provided. Nicely located 10 mins walk from second largest town on the island. Would recommend.

Stayed at this resort for 3n and 4 days last week with my partner. It's a very lovely calming place. Typical village style homes. The surroundings are beautiful. It's very different from staying in a concrete hotel. The sense of peace and being close to nature is so much more real, staying in a traditional malay village type house. The...

Bon Ton - a great little resort walking distance or very short 5 minutes to the main part of the tourism area. Quiet and tranquil for couples wanting there own experience and peacefulness! A great place for the animal lovers as heaps of cats and dogs!! Very odd though made the experience unique. Amir and the staff were great hosts.

Beautiful place ,antique yet had a class of itself, so good we decided not to leave the house once we reached it. In harmony with nature , our housekeeper was blaze- the black cat. The wind constantly blows at your face. Awesomely windy and cool. The host and service - Mr. Amir was a cheerful delight. Kind enough to give...

The Bob Ton Langkawi is well known to us and we were also familiar with the original restaurant in KL, The owner Narelle, has a unique way of presenting the best of the Malaysian culture and has done a remarkable job of bring sophistication and the basic together to make for a unique experience. There are two types of accommodation...

We were assigned an interesting unit for a 5-night stay but quickly noted that the A/C didn't work and that the heat was unbearable. The hotel tried to fix the A/C but were unsuccessful (they claimed it was "fixed" but no cool air was coming out). They then suggested we move to their sister property but the room offered was...
