My Husband and I were visiting family in Kingston and stayed at the Dolphin Inn, we had an extremely pleasant stay and Craig and his team are very friendly. Nothing was too much, they were very accommodating - even when the kitchen was closed and we wanted some food, Craig re-opened and it was no trouble for him. One of...

11 of us had a xmas meal and Craig really did us proud in his refurbished restaurant. Choice and quality of food and service was outstanding. Cost was very reasonable. George was particularly good looking after us - polite, funny and efficient. Well worth a visit.

Lovely cosy traditional pub in typical South Devon village. Pleasant welcome. Excellent well filled sandwiches. Our friends particularly enjoyed the crab sandwiches. Good beer. Parking needs care. Recommended.

An olde worlde pub with great atmosphere, food and drinks with friendly and helpful staff. We learned that it was to be refurbished in Autumn 2016 so I hope they don't destroy all the good things that might lose the atmosphere. I hope someone posts a review after the refurb is complete. There is a car park but not that...

We just turned up about 6.30 not having booked , but were quickly found a table for two by a very personable young lady . She advised us that there were no specials that day as chef had been busy with a funeral . We had noticed that the pub had been closed till 6 for this purpose. This didn't...

The new owner, Craig, could not have been more accommodating to our group of six female hikers. We arrived tired and bordering on emotional after a day walking the South West Coastal Path from Wembury to Bigbury. We were personally shown to our pleasant rooms and welcomed to our dinner table for a wonderful freshly caught fish platter. After a...

I first came across this lovely pub a few years ago whilst walking the South West Coastal footpath. At the time it provided me with convenient over night B&B accommodation. Whilst taking a drive with my wife through the country lanes of South Devon in June this year we decided we would like a pub lunch and saw the signs...
