Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A beautiful place, beautiful apartment, air-conditioned, large and clean. Nice swimming pool. Very kind staff, always available. Pet breakfast should widen the offer. It was delicious burp, but the choice was limited.

There are many rooms to choose from, ranging from those in the main building to others in the out-buildings. The ambiance of the estate was marvelous with a view over the Tuscany countryside. And it was quiet, being far from busy highways. The breakfast was ample, by European standards. The evening suppers were superb.

Ours was in one of the out-buildings, farthest from the house. Our particular room was very spacious and open. The bathroom needed some care and repair, but it was not a big inconvenience. The furniture matched the ambiance (although one bureau needed a new hinge.)

The swimming pool is good-sized and clean. There was no evidence of it's being heated during out stay, though!

Everything was clean and in good order (well, except the jets on the shower being out of order.) Even though we selected a room based on a desire to economize, at no point did our stay feel cut-rate.

Extremely suggestive place. Clean and large room, as well as the bathroom.
Lady at the reception kind and helpful.

Breakfast was bad, with little choice (e.g. only four small packs of jam, three of which had the same flavour. Girl in the room who said there wasn't any left so she could have a small "refill"), room that wasn't it was cleaned/arranged as usually happens in hotels/accommodation and the dinner was bad (fixed menu at €30/pers).

Large swimming pool, approximately 1.5m deep. Many deckchairs arranged among the olive trees.

Perfect place to spend a peaceful weekend.

Just returned from a delightful 5-night getaway to this absolute gem.

My wife and I spent a week relaxing on sun loungers in the olive groves, swimming in the pool, and relaxing on the patio of the restaurant enjoying the serene views across the hills and valleys. Blissful!

The restaurant provided coffee and breakfast with plenty of variety each morning, and a delicious meal each evening. It took us all five nights to work our way through the entire menu, which was continually 'disrupted' by the introduction of special dishes made with freshly picked vegetables and locally sourced meats. Amazing!

The accommodation was very basic and 'bare bones'; though I accept that we were on the 'cheap end' of the options available. However, given the availability of the restaurant (and its well-stocked bar) there was no pressing need for us to spend any time in our room other than to sleep, That said, the bed could have been comfier.

My only real complaint is that there was some confusion as to what our 'half board' accommodation meant in terms of options and payment, and I think that there was some confusion lost in translation between our travel agency, the accommodation, and the restaurant. We ended up paying a little more than we expected at checkout, but on balance this was trivial when compared to the quality and value of our week away (which was *dirt cheap*, all things considered).

We flew into Florence airport, and had pre-arranged an airport transfer service which cost ~£40 each way, and took ~30 minutes.

We spent three wonderful days and nights at I Casali Del Trebbiolo. Three of the most wonderful days that we have ever spent in Italy. A truly unique opportunity to stay in a grand and beautiful setting outside of Florence. Our host Sebrina was so relaxed and welcoming and made our stay perfect. The main house is truly grand, the pool is set amongst olive groves, with stunning views rolling out into the distance like the sea. The church bells in the distance, birds singing, It's our last morning and we don't want to leave. We couldn't ask for more.

The agriturismo farmhouses of the Villa il Trebbiolo is the more rustic way of staying, compared to the hotel. You get an apartment of your own, with a kitchenette and a terrace, for almost no money at all. The staff is wonderful and the surroundings fabulous.

Truly a lovely place. You immediately notice a certain decadence but at the same time the place and the renovation is so remarkable that everything takes a back seat. Not to mention the location and the view, just amazing. I guess running a place this big is really complicated. It was hard to leave so the room and patio were wonderful.

This place is nothing but amazing! It has everything: a great location, great views, wonderful staff, a large swimming pool, a lovely restaurant and a serenity that makes you really relaxed. Just outside of Florence it’s easy to find. If you’re in Tuscany - don’t miss this place!

We booked this hotel for a couple of nights as passing through Florence. Getting to the hotel with Satnav was a little confusing however after taking a few wrong turns we stumbled up on the hotel at the top of a beautiful mountain. What looks to be an old farm, has been beautifully transformed into an hotel with astounding views. We had a room over looking the valley. The room was rustic but had all the modern features. This included a fridge, safe, air conditioning, tv, spar bath and rainfall shower. Being able to open the curtains and look at breath taking views was an added bonus.
Walking through the grounds we saw many fruit trees which lead to a outside pool, which was unexpectedly warm.
We ate in the restaurant at night which had delicious food and drink over looking the views.

Structure with great potential but absolutely neglected ... beautiful pool but little cared for as well as all the outdoor space , not very clean rooms, indecent glass and mirrors, fridge off on our arrival (August) inexperienced staff, very poor breakfast ... experience NOT to be repeated.
