Lovely hotel out in the country on a farmyard yet only 20 minutes by regular bus to Venice (2 euros one way ) and 5 min from the airport. We were just there for 1 night post-cruise but I'd recommend it for anyone visiting Venice. It's a 10-minute walk into the wee village of Tessera where there is a bus to and from Venice every 20 minutes up to midnight. Much better than paying for an expensive hotel in Venice. Nice pizza restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away for an evening meal and excellent value. Breakfast was lovely ( 10 euros) bacon, egg, sausage, cold cuts, salads, pastries, cakes, fruit, coffee and juice. All good quality. Staff members were very nice and Andy was particularly helpful in getting us organised with bus tickets and maps for Venice. The hotel grounds are really lovely lots of fruit trees I found fig, walnut, persimmon and mulberry trees. There is an indoor pool and an outdoor pool about 2 min walk away at another building on the grounds. The room was quiet the bed comfortable spacious bathroom with toiletries and the air con was excellent. Good fast free wifi. Only thing missing was a fridge in the room for cool drinks and water, A very relaxing place perfect for recovering after a busy day in Venice.
We booked the hotel as they offered a 24-hour shuttle from the airport for 15 euros but when we went to the pick-up point and rang they apologised that there was no driver available so we had to go back to the airport and get a taxi. It only cost 20 euros so not much difference but it's only a 5 min drive. We were able to book the shuttle for our return to the airport the next morning and Andy kindly offered us a free ride from Tessera after we visited Venice but we just walked it, only 10 minutes.
This hotel does not have any free cancellation and because of that I wouldn't book it too far in advance in case flights/plans change

We arrived late and took a taxi (3 minutes for 20 Euro). The hotel shuttle surprisingly only runs from 4:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. (cost: 15 Euro), which we took back to the airport in the morning.
We came here just for one night sleep after our flight. For that purpose, the hotel failed. The beds were uncomfortable. The airco did not work. And from 7:30 a.m. the hotel maids came into the room every 30 minutes until we put the no disturb sign on the door (which apparently we should have done the previous night).
The pool area was unappealing and rundown (ok, it was off season but still).
Only positives were the quick check in and the decent breakfast.

We found Ca'Tessera Park Resort to be everything we needed. The hotel has a lot of character (300 years old but maintained very well), was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Their buffet breakfast is excellent and varied, and they provide complimentary croissants and coffee throughout the day. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool at the end of the day. The location was extremely easy and convenient, being only a 5 minute shuttle to the Venice airport (which they provide for 15 Euro) and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop that whisked us to Venice in about 15 minutes for 1.5 Euro. In addition, they provide a shuttle to a very good nearby restaurant 2 minutes away.

I think the title pretty much says it all. The man checking us in, who I believe was the owner, was very nice and helpful, including with our luggage. He gave us an excellent referral for a restaurant for dinner, just walking down the road from the hotel ( this was big enough to easily be thought of as a hotel ). The room, while not huge, was big enough to comfortably handle our large load of luggage without feeling claustrophobic. The décor, as the title indicates, is definitely homey. Everything worked well and it was definitely quiet. We had arranged with him for transportation to the airport when we left and even though it was ungodly early, like 5AM, the cab was there, no problems. We even were able to get a quick coffee and croissant before we left. The price of the room was very reasonable, as well. With a perfect stay, I can easily recommend Ca’ Tessera for an overnight stay before running to the airport, although the relatively remote location might not be suitable for many other purposes.

We approached this property because we had the flight to Madrid at 6.20am. Calculating , for safety, to show up at the ceck-in at least 2 hours before we had requested the availability of a transfer for 4.00. At first we got scared because it seemed that the driver was not available for the transfer, but within a couple of hours the trip was then confirmed. Cà Tessera is located very close to Marco Polo airport (for proof we went there on foot and slowly in 15-20 minutes), no problem for eating there are pizzerias and / or other in the immediate vicinity. On the morning of January 25th the wake-up service worked (for safety we also had mobile phones!) and as per the requested time we were transferred to the airport. We left the car in their parking (5 euros/day) for 8 days. Those who leave the car parked have the free transfer, round trip. On the way back from Madrid, after collecting our luggage, we phoned and in less than 10 minutes they arrived in the van. Great room, we did not use breakfast (at 4.00 too early!) but there was still available, if you wanted, coffee, croissants and more. Very close to Marco Polo Airport, Ca' Tessera was a perfect place to start our trip to Italy and mitigate the effects of jet lag. Welcoming staff that attended to our needs for transportation and a suggestion for dinner. There was fruit from the hotel's farm on the table with still or carbonated water in the afternoon. The buffet breakfast, which was an option item, was delicious and very fresh. Not a modern place, but like a villa of old with farmhouse features like exposed wood beam ceilings and doors with keys. Our stay was only one night, but this place is recommended.

I stayed at this hotel just one night to be close to the airport for my travel connection the following day. During my short visit, the Ca' Tessera Park Resort checked off all the boxes: it was very clean and exceptionally quiet. The breakfast was quite extensive in its selection, and was delicious. The hotel is in a pleasant location: it’s in a quiet, somewhat rural setting, and you would never know you were so close to the airport.
Andy at Reception was very helpful… thank you, Andy! He efficiently checked me in, provided information about the surrounding area, and arranged the airport shuttle service for my return to the airport. Also, if you have mobility issues or have heavy luggage, there is a small elevator from the hotel's lobby to the floors above.
The hotel has all the amenities you could want, and I highly recommend staying here if you need to remain close to Venice Marco Polo Airport.

we have a shuttle service to the terminal cruise in Venice, available every day from 10.30 am. The costs for the service is 30,00 Euros per ride and you can reserve it when you'll arrive at the check-in.

The resort do have a shuttle to Venice the cost is €30 if you walk into the village 5 10 minute walk you can get a bus (no 5) it will drop you off in Venice at the same spot a taxi or the resort shuttle will drop you off remember to get your tickets at the tobacco shop before you get on the bus the cost is €1.50 or if you are going to stay in Venice for the day you can get a day pass for €20 which allows you to use the vaparettos and buses at no extra cost (vaparettos are €7 per trip) hope this helps
