Hotel was overpriced, for night 26/27 march I was charged 200$ incl breakfast. - - Old interiors, TVs (not lcd) + clean territory, quite area Mainly hotel is designed as group of villas/townhouses with private parking in front of each. Large restaurant building for breakfast. Gym is not working.

I like this place a lot especially the villas are awesome. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean but the best feature of the place is the setup of the hotel, the landscape design and view. I really miss that place some times as it gives you a special experience.

Hotel is comfortable and spacious. Most of the staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and food good. For work accommodation this hotel is good. The hotel is close to some big towns. Sari and Neka and what ever you may need is not far away.

This was a diappointment overall. We stayed in one of the three bedroom villas for a family reunion. The hotel was built within the past ten years but it is very dated. Taking a shower was a chore as the floor was soaked. The beach area was very poorly maintained. Although a public beach, I would have expected the hotel...

I stayed with my family for two nights at the main building on the 3rd floor in this hotel in April 2014. The room had a nice view of the Caspian sea, although the suite was quite small with barely enough room to walk around. Each room had its own air conditioner which was more than sufficient for cooling you...
