Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

There are no words to express how amazing this place really is. The house is stunning with balconies looking down to the bay and the bed is super comfy. Rudi and Avalon are the nicest people I've ever met. Breakfast is beautiful. Rudis knowledge of the local area is outstanding and as I'm a Home and Away fan I could have listened to his stories all day. If we ever come back to Oz I would stay there again in a heart beat. Thankyou Rudi and Avalon for making our trip to Palm Beach aka Summer Bay the experience of a lifetime.

Rudi and Avalon were excellent hosts. We felt very welcome at their house. It was very comfortable and charming. Rudi drove u to dinner in the Bentley! And picked us up! We wished we had stayed longer. The weather was terrible and no bird life to be seen, but we enjoyed our visit all the same. Would love to see the area when the sun was shining. Hope to be back some day. 😃🤩

A short 2 day visit but very enjoyable. Made to feel welcome and comfortable amongst an eclectic collection of real and model vintage vehicles. Each and every one of them testarossa red, including the owners immaculate Bentley. The B&B is efficiently run by Rudi and Avalon both slightly eccentric in the nicest possible way. Nothing was too much trouble. It’s not an opulent luxurious house but it’s spotlessly clean and has that charming character of an old Australian home. Well worth the visit.

We had the perfect weekend with 3 other couples. The hosts, Rudi & Avalon, were amazing. They happily dropped us of at restaurants and the ferry wharf so we didn't have to worry about driving. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was healthy and plentiful, and the garden was a wonderful place to sit and have a drink, and watch the bird life. A very strong recommendation for Palm Beach B&B from all of us who stayed that weekend.....we will be back !!

This is not a bed and breakfast! It’s a home! And it more!!! Rudi and Avalon make this place what it is and even more special. Fantastic accommodations in the heart of Palm Beach! An easy walk to the beaches, and they offer to take you places if needed. The rooms are spacious, en-suite, kitchen and more!! Highly recommended and well worth the 5 hour drive to get here and I will be coming back! Well done Rudi and Avalon and thank you for making my weekend a wonderful memory!

Palm Beach b&b is an excellent place to stay in Palm beach. A great location with wonderful rooms that are clean and well appointed. The breakfast is lovely and Avalon and Rudy cater to your every need and dietary requirements. The house is fascinating and also feels like home which is what you want in a B&B. Our lovely hosts went out of their way to make us welcome and give us plenty of local tips. The local birds fly in every day for a feed and it feels like you are seeing a special bird show that you can be involved in or just watch. For the best B&B experience in Palm Beach, you can’t beat them.

This is a great b&b and Rudi & Avalon are the perfect hosts. The rooms have got everything you need to make you feel at home. There’s a guest lounge to relax in and tea and coffee is always available, and the hosts will also - very kindly - drop you down to the beach. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Palm Beach/Avalon, this is the perfect place.
