Thank you for taking the time to review our park. I am pleased to see that you enjoyed your accommodation you were staying in whilst on park. As you know Quay west we are in a very rural area in Wales, which means phone signal and getting to different places can sometime's mean a drive. I have also passed on...

The caravan was clean, luxurious and surprisingly spacious. Its been years since I have been to a caravan so this part was very nice. The site however was a little run down which inst such a surprise given the costs involved. By far the worst part was the activities, they were a complete joke! They apparently had a football "academy"...

Stayed here for a long weekend. Area and location is fab and the views over the harbour are to die for. My frustration is the arcade location. You must travel trough the arcade every time you enter the main building, so really set up to encourage people to spend more of their hard earned cash. The children did play the...

We stayed in a static caravan, and even though the outside looked a little worn the inside was immaculate. The view of all of New Quay was spectacular! The pool was fantastic there, however the lifeguards were a little too strict for my liking, At the end of the day the parents need to take responsibility too! Our children loved...

We booked a delux caravan with heating for half term week in October. The caravan was spacious and clean and we didn't need anything extra. Lovely view of new quay from the caravan. we only found helpful and friendly staff. The bar service was a little slow and the food service was very slow one night we visited. However, we...

What a fanatastic location. As you would expect from Haven the site has evertything and caters for everyone. The site is very clean and organised, myself and my wife have been there for the past three years in October. This year we were very lucky with the weather. The entertainment was great, the food at the restaurant was great could...

We hired 3 Prestige caravans for a family break one of which was wheelchair friendly we were situated close together and close to the amenities and had no issues with the vans except for the wheelchair friendly one which had no freezer which would have been an issue if staying longer. The caravans and park were spotless and is not...

We have just spent a weekend at this holiday park and had such a lovely time. We booked the stay through Sun holidays and took a gamble because it was the first time bringing along our dog. We were concerned we would get a shabby caravan due to having the dog because of general dog holiday wear and tear (and...

Just come back to Norway from a week there. Was a lovely week as i met up with family that are not visited enough. But the good part of this place stopped there. The caravan was ok, no real complaints there, apart from the heating on a 2, 4 or 6 hour no option timer, leaving us cold in the...
