La Tavola Marche is a great and relaxing place to visit, it really is the authentic Italy ,that you can imagine from old films. Jason and Ashley are wonderful hosts, not to mention Jason;s cooking classes which were the primary reason for my visit. The classes are all hands on, you actually have to do it which makes it different...

My family and I have had the wonderful pleasure of vacationing at La Tavola Marche on four seperate occassions and can't wait to get back! Our times at "the farm" as we now lovingly refer to it, have been predominantly in the summer, but we have also been there in the snows of March. Regardless of the time of year,...

Two years ago I went to La Tavola Marche and broke my ankle. There's a longer review of it on Trip Advisor (6/09), but in a nutshell: I had a FABULOUS time there, even injured! So I've been dying to go back, on 2 good legs. We went in October of '11 (I know, I'm a little late writing, sorry)...

La Tavola is a wonderful and relaxing place for touring visitors and food enthusiasts. The apartments are very roomy and comfy, with kitchens and modern baths. Ashley and Jason are warm, attentive hosts. Not to be missed are Jason's fabulous fresh meals. After a month traveling in Italy, our lovely time in Marche was our favorite.

My wife and I spent a glorious week at La Tavola Marche in October 2011. It was exactly as we expected, the location, the rooms, the cooking and eating experience, the whole package. Ashley and Jason are very generous and welcoming hosts and their combined experience in hospitality and cooking makes forthe perfect farmstay and cooking school. Every meal was...

Four days at La Tavola Marche just flew by. My daughter and I took cooking classes while her fiance, a chef himself, ate what we cooked under Jason's tutelage and pronounced it good! The afternoons were great, too, a hike to the medieval ruins overlooking the farm (Ashley told us how Umbria owns a tiny bit of the hilltop and...

My best friend Tracy and I recently returned from a travel adventure to the hills of Italy to visit La Tavola Marche. We were welcomed by Ashley and Jason, who were our Italian tour guides for the next 5 days, and I must say they did not dissapoint for a minute!!! When we woke up the next morning, the sun...

My wife and I spent a wonderful week at LaTavola Marche. It has a lovely rural setting, yet it is just a short drive from several towns and the beautiful and historic Urbino. Ashley and Jason were first-class hosts: from the moment we arrived we felt welcome and were made to feel at home. Our room was excellent and the...

Ashley and Jason were great hosts. The cooking class was really hands on! Our friends really liked the ravioli we made. Ashley had great ideas for what to do in the area. We went to food fair,an olive farm, a motorcycle rally with truffle tasting. Finally, we were wowed by the relaxed , friendly atmosphere. The rooms were also well...

We had the pleasure of spending a night at La Tavola Marche this week. Even on a chilly autumn day it was just perfect. Jason taught us how to prepare lovely vegetarian antipasti and pasta, and we enjoyed the fruits of our labor with our hosts over a 3 hour dinner. Fantastic wines, too. We can't wait to return. The...
