A modern friendly and welcoming hotel set in a fairly quiet location. Excellent room,well fitted with a huge comfortable bed, which was warm and comfortable.mini bar available too.
Contemporary en-suite shower room with complimentary toiliteries.
On site free parking too.
Breakfast was outstanding,with a massive array of food to suit every taste,from cooked,to cold meats,& fruits and pastries, stunning selection.
Good coffee and juice too.
Good bar area with great selection of drinks available.
Lots of Ferrari themed items or sale due to the close location of the Ferrari museum in Maranello, which is well worth a visit ,discounted tickets available at reception in the hotel .

I have spent 10 days at Hotel Arthur in June 2013. The hotel is recently built, very clean, everything is new. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. The hotel has a very big parking area, which was a big plus. There were lots of choice for the breakfast and you can have Italian coffee (espresso, cappucino etc) as well for free. The hotel doesn not have a restaurant, they direct you to La Ca Bianca, a restaurant appr. 5 km away, which was a really good with fair prices. The area of the hotel is very quiet, if you let your windows open, you can slightly hear the nearby church's bells. The hotel is located in a very beautiful small town. It is also very close to Ferrari museum and stores (15 min of auto drive). The rooms were very clean and I particularly liked the big shower head. In overall I suggest the hotel to everyone for business or for vacation trips. It is very good value for the money you will pay.

The hotel is comfortable, relatively new and well equipped. Room size is OK, as well as the bathroom. There is a great variety of pastry and cakes at the breakfast. Staff at the reception desk could be better.

After being shown the room and confirming our Covid vaccine was valid, when checking in they declined us and said our documents were not good...they refused to refund and were exceedingly rude to us. We feel that was because they wanted us to book directly with them for a higher price. The reception staff need serious training in customer service...we were turned away with a 2 month old baby and had to pay for alternative accommodation..

Siamo veramente dispiaciuti di avere ricevuto diffamazioni e parolacce. Prenotate su booking.com con una data diversa dal vostro arrivo, non avete il green Pass ma una fotocopia di una vaccinazione.... chiamate i carabinieri ed anche loro vi dicono le stesse cose!!! Offendete anche loro.... Siete fortunati che non vi hanno denuciato.... io una sceneggiata così l'ho vista solo in un film americano!!! Imparate a rispettare il prossimo... pensare che con molta premura vi avevo anche scritto... e voi invece vi siete presentati ugualmente facendo finta di nulla... ed avete fatto un caos pazzesco.... non ho una risposta al suo Comportamento.... e la cosa più bella è sentirsi dire volevate fregare mia moglie!!! Certe cose vorrebbero registrate.... Sig. David e Charlkotte... avete fatto tutto voi!!!! First of all this hotel is in the middle of nowhere
Second if you don't have a car your going to starve.
There is no food in the hotel except for breakfast.
You have to drive to get to the nearest restaurant.
There is nothing around. If your thinking of staying there over the weekend forget it. Everything including restaurants close Saturday at 12pm on.
Hotel is stingy with providing toilet paper, bathroom towels, or anything extra you ask for.
They even charge you for extra toilet paper.
price is cheap but really for the same money you can stay a few minute ride down the road in Modena and at least be in an interesting area.

Dear sirs,we remember you very well, even if it was been two years ago. Your stay here was started very bad ... At your arrival, you had delivered us a dress to wash with a big stain ... our laundry was not able to remove the stain ... (We remember that you have not paid anything) while you asked us 200 euro damage, but the price of your dress is 47 euro ... we have documented it .....! About the location, we are sorry but Solignano is a small village on the hills, however, It has all the amenities for the customers of a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately it's not Venice or Rome. I assure you that the country has the sidewalk, 2 pizzerias, the first at 20m and the second 100 meters .... Moreover there are 2 restaurants: the first 50 meters and the second in a 1 km!! We remind you that in addition to breakfast In the Hotel Arthur , we have a bar open 24 hours a day ... And the room service is available at all hours (toast, sandwiches, pizzas, wraps, salads etc.). You had to pay extra (7euro) of toilet paper because, as mentioned on your invoice, you asked 8 rolls of paper per day, and also you asked the same for towels ... In the room we had put 2 complete sets of towels .... You had asked 4 set of towels per person... I am very sorry for your behavior! But I think you have behaved so badly, just because we have not given 200 euro for a dress (new cost 47 euro)...Remember this: "you have delivered us your dress with a big oil stain! We do not make miracles!"

A warm welcome, a clean and modern room with all the facilities you needed. Ideal location if you are a Ferrari fan (our car shared the underground parking with 2 red beasts) and they offer a discount voucher if you are visiting the Maranello museum.
First rate Italian breakfast with lots of choice.
The staff recommended a restaurant in the town, La Ca Bianca which was very good.

Hotel is within easy walk of marenello, home of the Ferrari, some companies even use the hotel to park Ferrari's in their underground car park and can often be seen parked out the front,
very friendly staff,
my room had a jacuzzi, but don't add shower gel!
Hotel hopes to build a swimming pool outside in the near future.
Overall a pleasant hotel great staff, made our cappuccino's with hearts and smily faces every morning, well worth a visit, nearby restaurant, La Biancas in the town very worth a sample.

The hotel offers high standard and confortable stay. You can enjoy a large free parking outside of it and free internet connection. Rooms are large, confortable with flat TV screen, Sky and safe for your belongings. Breakfast is outstanding. Stayed there with my wife coming from Germany on our way to Napels for a Napolitan wedding we were invited to (Napels by the way is a city not to be missed as well). Hotel Arthur is no less than a pleasant surprise. Modern, very clean, stylish, great matrasses!, a breakfast many hotels can learn from, at a price you can always afford and a staff really motivated to make you feel well. I have been all over the world and seen hotels with more stars than a general can have on his shoulders. Hotel Arthur is worth so much more than three stars. I have found it to be one of those suprises that makes you want to return to. Ok; no swimming pool and no restaurant, but who cares. Within walking range enough good restaurants like La Ca' Bianca. I will always return to Modena to Hotel Arthur and give my respect to the initiators of this littel marvel in Modena. Respect to them!!
