The hotel was immaculately clean. The rooms are large. The shower heads are slightly odd and the water tends to go everywhere. The hotel is in a very quiet location, with very little in the area. We were on a tour so that wasn’t really a problem. I really enjoyed the food, but not everyone in the tour was as happy with it. Pasta is homemade, as are the cakes and pastries at breakfast so what’s not to like. There were also many grumbles about the lack of a kettle in the rooms - which people seemed to find odd. I never expect a kettle anywhere other than in the UK so I didn’t mind at all. Reception staff were happy to arrange tea or coffee when asked, even when the bar was closed. I found the staff to be efficient and helpful, but again, grumbles from others. I think some people like to find fault. The only reason I haven’t given full marks is the location - despite being on a tour, would have been nice to have a bar or a shop close by - and the fact the hotel is very spread out, so quite a walk from the buildings where the rooms are to the dining area. Just small inconveniences.

This hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean and comfortable with a balcony or terrace. No kettle or English channels on TV. The staff were a little surly at times. Couldn't comment about food, as we were on a tour we had a set menu and this wasn't great. Asked one night if I could buy something off the menu but the menu they brought wasn't the restaurant menu. We asked about the shuttle bus to the beach but we couldn't get on it as we were on the tour, we could hire our own at €60. If you go you need a car as it is in the middle of nowhere. If you take yourself the hotel is nice but you will need a car unless you want to walk and or sit about all day.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel Sierra Silvana. Since the time of arrival to our departure the service was excellent and so was the level of care. From the personnel at the reception to the waiters and bar manager we felt that we were very well looked after.
Antonio, the bar manager was professional and super fun, which is what you need when you are on holiday. We had guests one day and he made sure that we had a great time. The team in reception asked the hotel bakery to prepare a cake at a very short notice (half an hour!). Honestly I can’t praise them enough. The waiters in the restaurant were also so kind and always smiling.
One little recommendation would be for the owner to install a safe in the rooms. It is not helpful to having to leave documents or valuables into the hotel safe as you then have to ask for a key, etc. clients want a safe handy in their room.
Also pls add two more daily trips for the beach shuttle! There is a big gap between the 12:30 trip and the 18:00 o’clock trip!
We will definitely come back!

Beautiful setting on a hilltop above Fasano. There is a main building for check-in and restaurant, as well as a bar, and many sitting areas. The rooms are located in several individual buildings on the property, connected by a walkway. Clean, polite staff, rooms with balconies.

Part of a TUI.NL trip the last hotel was Sierra. We spend a couple of nights in the xxx house. Nice, but not well sound insulated, one could hear the neighbor’s farts. Anyway that is something one could deal with. Breakfast, not sure if I want to describe the quality. For the hotels used during the trip the breakfast at Sierre get a well-deserved zero. Unbelievable disgusting, not tasty, poor choices. The Italians pride themselves on their good coffee, not at Sierra, the taste horrible. The entourage was more of a food shack. The Italians do not know the word cozy, which certainly applies here. Nearly every evening party time till 01:00 hours… nice if you want to have a relaxing time. TUI should consider changing the fly drive hotels for this round trip

I stayed with my family at this hotel unfortunately only for two nights. What about... everything perfect: both the room, spotless, and meals at the restaurant. Hearty breakfast, we enjoyed homemade desserts, a delicacy. At dinner the typical Apulian dishes amazing!! Friendly and helpful staff. As soon as possible we will definitely return!

Wonderful hotel. The cleanliness is impeccable, the staff attentive to the customer, a kindness beyond the conventional. Very attentive reception, especially thanks to Francesco. And a special thanks goes to the Maitre and our waiter, Vito for the professionalism and 'attention reserved for us, a 10 and praise to the food and the chef! Highly recommended.

Hotel is isolated so if you don't have a car expensive to get anywhere. Rooms are alright, bathrooms are large. Found that the breakfasts are very adequate, and the entire hotel staff are very accomodating. Would consider staying here again, however due to its location would have to give it seriuos thought before committing.

We stayed at this hotel for a week.Food good, friendly helpful staff and very clean facilities. The cocktails are a must! My only criticism is that the decor is a little dated but all in all a good place to stay in this beautiful part of Italy.

We can organize a taxi service, or you can take a rental car, or get to the station and take a train to Fasano where I can find you a taxi

Hi, no there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, I don't think it's the done thing in Italy as Rome is the same! There is a coffee machine at the bar but I'm not sure if it's open that early in the morning. If you message the hotel they should get back to you.
There are more places to choose from in the Selva area.
