The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, my partner said "it's the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in". I couldn't agree more. As an expectant mum my dietary requirements were met 100%. We are looking forward to our next stay!

I stayed in the gray manor recently, the hotel staff were fantastic making you feel extremely welcome. The breakfast options were really good and I took advantage of the take away cups to take a large coffee to work. I chose to eat in the bar for evening meals as I was solo the food was really good. I will...

What a fantastic venue! We have just had our wedding reception here (25/02/2017). From the moment we e-mailed Elie & Jason nothing was to much trouble. They were very accomodating letting us meet with our photographer there etc. The menu had a wonderful choice of meals for the reception. The package they offer is great value and on the day...

Wow what a find! Booked this through work to stay for a conference and I'm never sure what to expect. I arrived about 4:30pm and had the most lovely greeting! He explained where my room was and offered to help with my bags and gave me the dinner menu so I could chose if I wanted it in my room...

The food was very tasty and the service fantastic; the staff were so friendly and accommodating, which is all the more appreciated when you are travelling with...

I stayed here for work, but it offered a little bit extra in terms of my room especially the bathroom - it was a nice touch with the Jacuzzi bath and integrated TV. The staff were so helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble - everything I asked for they were quick enough to support.

Stayed overnight at this stunning designer hotel. Lovely bright modern and recently renovated room with excellent facilities. Fantastic staff ! Eli & Jason could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Public areas are quirky and very attractively decorated, with lots of space. Fantastic breakfast - exceptionally good sausages.

We chose Gray Manor as a venue for a celebration lunch for my Mum's 90th birthday. Jason and Eli couldn't have been more accommodating. They were willing to help with anything but also allowed us a free hand. Any little problems were attended to straight away. The food was fantastic, just what we ordered and beautifuly presented. The staff were...

Came here with friends for a weekend away with friends. The duty manager Nick Rizzuto was an absolute phenomenal host. No chore was too big or small and he tended to us diligently and fervently. He went above and beyond. Thank you Nick. We will come back again and will definitely be having your handmade carbonara again.
