Lovely big room, perfect for a family (we had two young children). Greeted and offered tea and home made scones on arrival. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Wished we had stayed a bit longer!

This was our first time to the area, our 4 night stay at Marshwood Farm was a sheer delight, we had a very warm welcome from Fiona on our arrival with a pot of tea to be had plus the butterfly buns, we stayed in the Blue Room clean and tidy, with wonderful views overlooking the field where the sheep...

We stayed the night at Marshwood Farm on our way to Cornwall. It is a beautiful house and our room was huge with a magnificent bed and beautiful large ensuite. The views from the farm are amazing and it is so quiet. Fiona very kindly booked us in at the local pub for a meal, which was really nice. Breakfast...

My Husband and I have just returned from a wonderful Easter break at Marshwood Farm.Despite having to cope with the many demands of running a large sheep and arable farm, including lambing, dealing with the aftermath of storm Katie, which meant rescuing stranded sheep from a flooded field and clearing roads of fallen trees;Fiona and Mark were unfailingly cheerful throughout. Our room was...

I booked a two night bed and breakfast here on my way home from Devon. I had a large room with spacious en-suite. Views from the room overlooked the garden and tennis courts. Fiona is a very good host and makes a great cooked breakfast in the morning. Perfect for a day visiting nearby Stourhead. I look forward to staying...

She gave us a breakfast menu cool box which contained milk and some home made cake made by her daughter! (Which was delicious) then took us along to where we would be staying...

My husband and I, from Edinburgh, were in desperate need of a holiday; as we hadn't had one in 2 years - or even a honeymoon - and we wanted to go somewhere special for our 2-year anniversary. And Marshwood Farm is certainly a special place! Our room in the main house - more like a country mansion - was...

My partner and I stayed in the shepherds hut 30st April to the 3rd May, it was most enjoyable! We made some good memories and laughed as I fell down the stairs of the compost toilet and that was an experience using that...I won't ever forget!! The Lockyer family including their daughter are an amazing friendly welcoming family and I...

Stayed here for a long weekend. We found the cottage very well equipped and it has been renovated beautifully. You can pick up the main house wifi in the cottage kitchen only - due to the thickness of the walls (this was explained clearly when I enquired) Fiona and Mark are both very welcoming hosts. Recommended.

We stayed here while looking for a new home in Salisbury and the accommodation and welcome from Fiona (and the resident cat!) was faultless. Lovely cottage and the main house is beautiful. Highly recommend!
