What am amazing Jewel of a restaurant. My husband and I speak just enough French to get by however the staff here made booking the table and our dinning experience very easy and comfortable. They made us and our 4 children (ages 11,9,8 &4) feel incredibly welcome. The service was impeccable with extremely polite and accommodating staff. The food: an...

We used both standard and renovated rooms at the Auberge and were delighted with them. The newly renovated are made with great taste, and the standard are simple but clean and all extremely good value for money. The restaurant is very welcoming and the food is somptuous, the chef takes great care in his dishes and it shows. The auberge...

Very helpful owners. Clean & comfortable rooms - non-slip surface in shower noted. Both evening meal & breakfast were really excellent - obviously a very talented chef. Lovely restaurant, beautifully furnished & equipped - loved the crockery! Peaceful & charming location. Would highly recommend.

A great restaurant in an amazing location a stones throw away from the Abbey. The restaurant changed owners a while ago and its gone from strength to strength. The food is wonderfully prepared and the menu extensive. The wine list will not disappoint you. The service is 1st class and the servers take a pride in the work they do....

Our experience dining in the restaurant was absolutely delightful. The food and wine were beautifully presented and the whole meal was absolutely delicious. In addition the service was faultless. Based upon this our experience I can't wait to go back there again. Wonderful.

We enjoyed drinks out on the terrace admiring the tranquil surroundings before perusing the menu, there are fixed price or a la carte options to choose from. Between us we ordered a variety of meals and found each course is beautifully presented and tastes delicious. The waiting staff were both polite and attentive. The restaurant is smart with proper white...

We stayed one night and were very well looked after. We had a very small but comfortable room. The area is charming with an Abbey across the road. The owners were charming and we had a delicious breakfast.

The young couple that runs the business is doing a good job. I stayed as a business traveller and the rate for diner, bed and breakfast is perfect. But therefore you get a very good diner, a room that needs some attention and a very poor breakfast : Some bread, a croissant with marmelade and jam and a coffee.

We used this logis as a stopover hotel on our way to Paimpol in Brittany. The location is delightfully rural and the quality of the evening meal was outstanding - a real gastronomic experience. Our room was adequate, with fair sized shower room en suite. We were extremely pleased to have chosen this hotel. In the evening there were more...

The location is picture perfect, a few metres from the old abbey by a bridge in a pretty, verdant valley. The rooms are small - very small - but still good value. We had an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, overlooking the terrace and the river. Breakfast was extra and was simple and tasty. Unless you...

“I would recommend renovated rooms, a little more expensive but beautifully done with great views.”

“We did not actually stay over as we live within a twenty minute drive, but I would imagine the rooms to be comfortable as with all Logis de France that we have used.”
HelenP871, 7 Jan 2014 | Read review
“The rooms all have different outlooks. Best choose the one which suites you. I would go for a room at the front but that is my personal opinion. They are all very quiet in my experience but then I have not been there when the a/c has been on: in this part of France that cannot be often!”
