I was not at their hotel but on their La Fuente campsite at Banos de Fortuna. It is in the middle of nowhere with nothing to recommend it. The apparent 'thermal baths' are just a swimming pool by any other name. The staff are eccentric and the service is haphazard, especially in the bar & restaurant. The 'barman' was never...

The Hotel Fuente is also a spa, it is so relaxing, the water is heated to 38 degrees, it has whirlpool, you can swim if you prefer but you can also just lie and relax, great if you suffer with joint problems or back ache! Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can either take a motorhome or caravan, they...

This was something completely different - and popular. A large hot spa pool available for long periods of the day and a really handy restaurant attached to the hotel. All conveniently placed. A sure fire handily arranged resort to meet the needs of all at any time fo the year. Plain yet satisfactory accommodation - we had a self contained...

It is 2 years since our last visit. For a One star hotel it is well appointed and of a good standard. You will be hard pressed to find better value for money. Choose the hotel, chalet or camp, the choice is yours

This is a difficult review to write. We had a brilliant time here, but it wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea! I'll start with the negative - it's quite run down in places, with shabby loungers, torn awnings and broken light fittings. It's mainly for families and the accommodation is in wooden chalets and camping. There are a few rooms...

The rooms were basic but clean, but when we went to the restaurant they seemed put out that we wanted to go in rather than sit at a table outside. The next morning we were told to go to the restaurant again we were told to sit outside. If I had known what breakfast was I would have stayed in...

Just had a fabulous weekend at this hotel. Room was good and the beds were super comfortable. The food was good and with a menú del dia for 8 euros was really good value for money. The staff were very friendly and very helpful especially Isa the waitress in the bar. Thank you all of you we will certainly be...

Visited last week with our daughter & her husband - had a great time in the water, which was 36C and very pleasant. The various fountains, sprays and water curtains were fun & relaxing - you get a super massage from the flows in the main pool. Facilities are quite basic, and all the changing cubicles were occupied so we...
