Stayed here for 1 night with 2 other adults in a family room as attending a function in the hall. Function was lovely, good food & service but ladies toilets were absolutely freezing. On arrival were shown to a room booked for 3 adults - no third bed made up, no bedding available, only a couple of towels & no...

I didn't realise it was a motel when booking. I had expected a better standard of decor in the room. The bath was broken and so I could not have a shower/bathe. The room was freezing and the blanket provided covered in stains. The whole room was outdated and many things damaged/broken/not working. The reception staff were friendly and helpful...

Hotel is nicely situated and has a warm, friendly feel to it. The room was comfy but very outdated. Food in the restaurant was nice but only a small choice on the menu. WiFi in the room was very poor. Would use this hotel again if in the area on business

Our room was HUGE (206) and was nicely decorated (a little old fashioned but...

I booked up for 20 people to celebrate a joint birthday between my husband and my daughter on 28th January. Event staff were always helpful from day one. But after reading the reviews, I became a bit worried, but never the less went with an open mind as everyone has different opinions on things.... Am I glad I did! We...

On the 20th Jan we celebrated our son-in-law (to be) birthday with a party of 20. We choose to stay even though home is not far. The executive suite was great with a very comfortable bed. The murder mystery event took place over dinner and was truly entertaining. Meals we very good, staff clearly motivated, friendly and no long waits...
