Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a great find. Located in a perfect spot in the centre of the village the hotel has plenty of parking for guests. Rooms are large and comfortable and very reasonably priced. Bed was great after a long drive.

Each evening the restaurant was full, a very positive sign and the food and service was fantastic. Make sure you book a table. The stand out for me though was the host who was perfect. Guided us to our rooms, gave advice on the area, talked us through the menus and recommended options from the menu which were fantastic.

I will definitely be coming back if visiting the area again

Highly recommended.

The Hotel is located in a very small and quiet village in the nature of the GERMAN Eifel. The Hotel Haß a friendly Service, A good Restaurant and the rooms are in an typical oldfashion country style. If you have a room on the top you have a great view from the balcony. the price is also okay for the room with a great breakfast closed view to the neighboorhood.

This is an ideal place for motorcycle riders who want to sample some of the best roads in this part of Germany. The hotel is super and the restaurant was excellent, with a good wine list. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the owner was attentive to all our needs. We stayed for four nights and will definitely return.

It might not be your 'automatic' stop on a trip from Brussels to Stuttgart, but we were happy we booked here. It took us a while to find out where the hotel was and where the restaurant (fifty metres down the road from the hotel), and where we could park. Having found the restaurant we received a warm welcome and were guided back to the hotel. The relatively basic but spacious room on the top floor offered a great view and was comfortable. Eating out on the restaurant's terrace we were greeted by all the locals and enjoyed great venison. A nice breakfast was served in the actual hotel. Don't expect much to do in Wershofen. But this is a fine inexpensive place to stay and extremely quiet.

Had a meal in the restaurant. Lovely typical German atmosphere. Venison was extremely tender and very tasty. Home made spaetzler and very good red cabbage. Excellent service and very welcoming staff. Would definitely return......
