What a beautiful hidden resort. We stayed here for one night on our drive to a wedding. One a beautiful place. Located near a beach & golf course with a wonderful restaurant and private pool. We stayed in a two bedroom unit. Very nice. Large living space and comfort beds. The only downfall of this unit is it only has one bathroom- not ideal for 4 people. The shower is one without a curtain or glass frame, which when showering drenches the entire bathroom floor in water. Messy & somewhat slippery. I still loved the unit and would stay here again. Staff was very friendly.

Gorgeous spacious modern villas with everything you might possibly need, great views of the golf course, excellent facilities, our breakfast was included and we also had free drinks per person daily, lovely restaurant on site and stunning walks around the area. The service at the reception was particularly attentive and friendly, absolute pleasure to deal with prior and during our stay. Please do not change!

From the very get go, Amanda was so helpful going above and beyond to ensure my clients with a disability and us the support workers had the most comfortable and incredible stay at Bangalay She booked us beach access wheelchairs, changed bedding around so it would suit hoist equipment organised mocktails by the pool for the girls and was quite simply amazing. I will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful spot with my husband.

What a memorable start to our Australian adventure! Bangalay villas was the perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas (Jervis Bay, Kangaroo Valley, Robertson). The villa itself was cozy, immaculately clean, and full of thoughtful details. We enjoyed the on site dining- and wow the food was simply delicious. Above all, the hospitality and level of service at Bangalay exceeded my expectations. Michelle, the owner, clearly has a passion for ensuring a truly wonderful experience for her guests. We had an absolutely wonderful getaway at Bangalay Luxury Villas to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The villas are lovely and fitting out with everything you could need, including a wonderful fire if you travel in winter like we did. Breakfast was possibly the best we’ve ever had anywhere and the daily cocktails were such a special indulgence. We’ve stayed in some amazing places over the years and this is easily in our top 5. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

This is a beautiful setting and a very relaxing place to stay, however at a price point of $750/night I don't particularly want to see cobwebs on the furniture, dirty bed linen and a mini bar so ridiculously expensive it's laughable. We were able to overlook these things but the worst thing to happen on our last morning was when having breakfast we were sitting where we could see right into the kitchen. The chef had some problem with his nose. It was bleeding and he had a rolled up tissue placed up his nostril whilst busily making customers breakfasts. No gloves, no mask!! I was quite sickened and mentioned this to the waitress, she said sorry and I know it's not her fault, but it is yours. I also would expect a chef to know how long to cook poached eggs and not serve burnt bacon and overcooked food. Where's the pride in his work? This is not acceptable at a "so called" 5 star luxury resort. Please stop being so focused on making money and consider the people you are serving. Also the room staff could benefit from some training in cleaning.…

We always prefer to have this kind of feedback provided directly at the time of departure or via our guest feedback request to we know exactly the service time or villa number the issue may have been in regard to so the matter could be attended to urgently. We were very concerned to receive this review and took a lot of time to work through it with the staff. This issue with the breakfast service and Chef was completely unacceptable and it certainly isn't a normal experience for Bangalay guests. We rarely get negative feedback about bedlinen, particularly in regard to as we use Alsco's linen service who also supply a large number of other hotels and have a very stringent quality assurance as do our own staff. We have ensured the issues raised in your comments have been addressed.

The villa was just stunning, equipped with everything you need and the outlook to the garden, pool and golf course was great. Super comfy bed with beautiful linen. Breakfast was great and dinner was just divine! Saltbush margarita was my favourite.

You’ll be jumping with excitement as soon as you enter the room. It’s beautiful, it’s right near the beach, it’s an easy drive there, plenty of food options, complimentary cocktails and lollies on arrival, it’s heaven. The only thing missing was a bathtub for a bubble bath.

On the outside, unique architecturally designed accommodation. on the inside, has all the facilities you need, from fireplace, full kitchen, including oven, cooktop and large fridge. Numerous quality finishings, including bathroom floor heating. The breakfast is simple menu selection, yet all quality. The suggestion to take away the pastries for later was very helpful. Its the unprompted personal touches that make this special, the lolly bag on arrival, the chocolate on the pillows after making up the bedroom, the free daily cocktails and lastly the attentive staff who all were generally obliging. I think they have the delicate balancing act between style and service just right.
