A bit Vieux Temps. This hotel really needs to invest some money into their infrastructure. Room (4th floor - wing facing the restaurant) was quite nice and spacious, but it didn't give us an "fresh feeling". Bathroom was clean but has seen better days. For 175 euro/night on a saturday and 145 euro/night on a sunday, you'd expect something more....

The Romance room has a nice view on the terrace, and is large enough for two persons. Bathroom is lovely. There's a good enough selection for breakfast. A bit more variety would be nice though, especially if you're staying longer than 3 days. The food at the restaurant - lunch and dinner - was good. Good quality food, enough choice....

We arrived here with about 30 bikers on a rainy saturday and were very happy to find a garage under the hotel to park our bikes. A lot of oldtimers (cars) stay here as well. Rooms are well equipped and clean. The friendly staff surprised us positively by welcoming us in Dutch (Nederlands). Breakfast was complete, ready to go for...

Beautiful spa hotel and great service that blends with the rest of the town. Rooms are simple, but have a great touch. This is your place if you're into local tourism, small towns, quite space and away from chain hotels. Located in the middle of the small town and everything is walking distance. Restaurant some how expensive though, but there...

Very good value for money. The hotel is located in the center of town and offers free and secured parking space. The staff is very friendly and well trained. The deluxe rooms are well equipped with amenities, hair dryer and minibar. Free wifi. Don't look for restaurants outside the hotel as the choice is very limited.

We booked a familly suite for 2 nights. The room was very nice, quite, clean and quite spacy. View on the main entrance of the hotel and the old city. The restaurant offers plenty of marvelous specialities, people are great. The desk people and the welness people are really friendly.

We stayed here in May 2015 to visit the World War II museum in Bastogne. The hotel is very nice and in the centre of the village. The rooms are clean and the reception personnel is very nice. There is not a lot to do in the city in the evening although we stayed here on a weekday.

A multitude of rooms and levels enables one to get lost with no difficulty whatsoever. The modern restaurant was not memorable and several menus seemed to be circulating. The staff were helpful but unable to organise simple tasks such as extra cooking for under-cooked meat. Comfortable beds, if not a little soft. Reasonable wifi. There is no access to the...
