It is always a pleasure to arrive at the Hostellerie St Louis because you know there will be a warm welcome and a comfortable room when you have booked in. There is only one drawback for Monday night visitors as the full a la carte menu is replaced by a more simple offering, this is so that they can have...

A lovely relaxing few days. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming and eager to help. The food, as always, was amazing. It is so nice to eat somewhere that is proud of the food they cook. A great place to stay whilst visiting the beautiful walled towns of northern France.

Great enthusiasm and care given by the owner couple here. It's an old care home that's been converted into a hotel by the current owners. They take plenty of care to make sure that you are happy.......but it was all just a little bit weird. Rooms were like walking into an 80's themed hotel, hotel bar is at reception.....seemed popular...

Very well equipped and comfortable with excellent staff. Gastronomic menus are superb with high quality local produce and a strong predominantly French wine list.. Good location for exploring the Flanders countryside and history. Parking is easy and it is mobility friendly..

Where to start? Clean comfortable rooms, the most amazing welcoming hosts, food to rival any Michelin starred restaurant that I have visited, (and I have been to quite a few). This place just has to be visited because I can not give justice to it with mere words! I write this review while I am still here and already we...

We have usually stayed in St Omer on our return trip from France, but this time I wanted something different. I found Hostellerie Saint Louis on Trip Advisor, and from now on, if we visit France again, this will be where I would want to stay. It was very conveneint for us to get to the Tunnel the following day....

WOW!!!! What a place, truly wonderful. My brother & I had just completed our motorbike tour of Europe and we were on our way home to the UK, we needed an extra night before our return trip. When we arrived, we thought OMG, they aren't going to like the biking fraternity here.........how wrong was I, the welcome was warm and...

Ideal stop off for people travelling from the UK via Calais. We were visiting the First World War memorials in northern Belgium and stayed over night here. A perfect spot for exploring the area. Beautiful food and lovely comfortable rooms.

We went there to celebrate our 37th Wedding Anniversary and stayed over night in a lovely room Poitou which was large and comfortable and very helpful for me with grab rails in the shower as I have had back surgery and have to be careful I don't slip. The staff are welcoming and very friendly and helpful and Bea and...

Friendly, but effortlessly chic hospitality. Phenomenal food. French cuisine at its best with an unintimidating atmosphere. If the restaurant were in London the prices would be at least tripled, and the service would not be as good!
