We stayed here for two nights while visiting friends in the area. The attractive old building has been brought up to modern standards of comfort ( including the very welcome lift! ) and parking was easy right outside the door. The welcome and service couldn't be faulted and the food was excellent at dinner and breakfast. We would definitely return.

The hotel is situated in a charming old fortified village at the top of a hill.We stayed for three nights as we were touring the area and the Millau viaduct which is a `must` for visitors. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed with a lift to all floors.Parking is in the street or a limited number in the garden,for... More

Had a one night stay in August, en route home. The property is set in a lovely village, very quite and relaxing. Sophie the owner greeted us on arrival and showed us to our lovely room which had such charm and was very comfortable. She was lovely and friendly. We enjoyed a super meal that evening. The hosts Sofie and Kevin were the most attentive and friendly ever!! Really friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more! The room was lovely and the swimming pool was excellent! But best of all was dinner on the terrace. We eat out A LOT but this was in the top 5 of dinners EVER!!

Okay - We all have our dream. One of mine is to throw open your window and see a picturesque street, with the scent of warm baguette from the bakery next door, a comfortable room, excellent food and wine, and the nicest people you could ask for. This was it. Our first afternoon we asked if we could keep our... More

We were a group of 16 on a cycling tour staying in 6 hotels. Total agreement from all that Les Raspes was our favourite! Very welcoming, wonderful service and fantastic food. The village is in a beautiful location and location/hotel combine for a very relaxing feel. Only bad thing was we arrived quite late (after long day cycling) and left... More

We wanted to see the Millau Viaduct without having to go into Millau, and St Rome de Tarn looked like a nice place. The hotel had good reviews, so we picked it as the place to stay and we were not disappointed! It's an attractive, small hotel, in a pretty village. The hostess is delightful - friendly, helpful and charming,... More

I went there for a trail race and arrived the night before the race so did not have much time to enjoy the hotel except for the dinner where the hostess gently offered to prepare pastas that were not on the menu but are definitely what a man should eat before heading out for a 100k run! I slept terrible... More

We only stopped for an overnight stay at Hotel Les Raspes but came away thinking we would've enjoyed an entire week there. The village is quaint and unspoilt, the hotel and it's grounds are rustic and beautiful, and the food/service are fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through the area.

Welcoming hostess, very clean hotel, reception on 1st floor via lift or staircase. Parking outside is 'on street' but not a problem in a lovely mountain village. Room overlooking pool with small balcony was spacious with plenty of hanging space and a very modern shower room. Pool was wonderful on a hot day, and meals served on terrace were good... More
