Our stay here was for 11 days and we did not want to leave. In choosing this place, it ticked all our boxes - away from the beach (quiet), swimming pool (rooftop) and economical. Ead and Nok in the dining room and Nuch in reception could not do enough for us and who made our stay so memorable. The food...

This was our third visit to Pacific Club and came here after a 5 star stay at Kata so it had a lot to live up to but thankfully we were not disappointed. The quality is still great, beds are comfortable, nice balconies, rooms are big and roomy and as we paid for the higher floors, great views down to...

Karon was the Phuket location of choice because my traveling companion wanted to taste Thai surfing and we also wanted a good launch location for the island hopping popular in the area. The hotel proved to be pretty good location for both activities but still required transport. The actual hotel property had a nice feel about it, but a bit...

Thanks to these folks for placing a review. We wish they had given us a score to reflect what is basically a nice review. FYI, the style is not Mexican, it's called Southwestern / California USA. As of just now I'm visiting Orlando Florida and the theme parks do a perfect job of what I have attempted to do. I...

Great resort - loved the pool and other facilities - rooms were good size with private balcony. Stafff helpful and speak good English. Food prices at resort very reasonable. Make sure to download a map of the location prior to finding it yourself if you are heading there under your own steam - we found it a little difficult to...

I've just come back from this hotel having spent 2 weeks there for a wedding. The service was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful, particularly Gaye and Nuch on reception and Ead in the restaurant. The rooms were large, comfortable and very reasonably priced. I definitely plan on staying here again if I return to Karon.

You have to be careful picking a hotel in Phuket. Some hotels are very close to the beach, but they are also close to beach roads, which can be noisy with motorbikes and more. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from beach, with part of that up a hill. (However, very easy and cheap to rent motorbikes.) But...

My post-holiday blues are worse than usual having just returned from a fantastic fortnight in Phuket - where the Pacific Club made a major contribution to the enjoyment experienced by my friends and I on a wonderful holiday. From the rooftop pool to the basement gym (with table tennis), facilities were excellent. The rooms themselves are very spacious and well-equipped...

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at this hotel and from our pick up at the airport we had an excellent time. As this was our first trip with our baby we were a little nervous. However the hotel facilities included a cot and a kitchenette which were perfect for our needs. The restaurant food was good...

Dear Travelers, Well I guess you have to be highly ranked in order to be "overrated" and occasionally you'll get someone to who disagrees with the majority. These folks opted to pay over double and move to another place, so it's not like budget was any concern, Pacific Club is a 3.5 -4 star resort and never suggested we compete...

Just as good as our previous stay. Clean, relaxing atmosphere, pleasant staff and good breakfast menu with all you can eat. Bottled water in the fridge every day. Had dinner 1 night in the restaurant and that was fine too. Stayed in Uncle Eric's apartment which was really nice for the both of us. It has a huge verandah for...
