Totally recommend the hotel. Perfect location just 10 minutes from Kata and Karon beach. Nearly have a lot of restaurants, my favourite one was “The wine” European cuisine just 5 minutes from the hotel . The staff in the hotel is very kind and helpful. The room is very spacious and clean. Everyday they change the bath towels, also they give you a pool towel which also are changed everyday, and clean the room. The hotel is a modern and clean. The pool is perfect. I read that the internet connection is bad but honestly I didn’t see that the connection was perfect, I had a video chat everyday with my family without any problem. We spent 14 amazing days. Recommend with two hands. Defending I will be back!

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights. First of all this place is SO aesthetically pleasing. It is stunning. We had a really pleasant stay. We LOVED the pool, it is absolutely huge.
We stayed on the 4th floor, in a bird cage balcony room. It was lovely, no smoking on balcony though which my partner didn’t like. Wifi was really poor and the rooms don’t have an iron, we woke up early for a tour and needed to iron our clothing because they were creased from our suit case, I called down, they said they would bring one up, they then called back 5 mins later saying they didn’t have one, another guest had it.

Each room NEEDS an iron.
In a quiet street in a pretty central location between kata beach and Karon beach. A bit of a walk both ways though. Don’t stay if you plan to walk to beach quickly. It’s about 10 mins. I prefer the central area, near sugar marina kata beach but this resort was much nicer and better value.

Overall good stay.

My son and I stayed here for 18 days. The hotel is very new and pristinely clean. Staff were friendly and professional. The room (second floor pool view) was large, spotless and well laid out. Breakfast was above par with a good range of both Asian and western choices. The hotel value is excellent, I would have expected to pay double what we did for a place of this standard.

Once you entered the hotel grounds it was very quiet and felt far away from the noise of Karon. Plenty of restaurants and bars out the front of the hotel to both eat in and have a drink at the usual low prices. Some might find it a bit far from the beach but a shuttle service was provided and there was always a taxi or tuk-tuk waiting out the front for longer trips. I hired a car so had no issues getting around. If you want to live in the fast lane I would recommend staying in Patong but if you want experience good quality and relaxing location this is the one.

Staff were very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. The level of cleanliness meant we felt very comfortable moving around the facilities without any real worry of Covid issues, this is definitely an SHA hotel and they take it very seriously. I really couldn't fault anything about the hotel or the service.

The room was very comfortable. I worked during the day from the hotel and the Wi-Fi was blisteringly fast with zero drop outs or issues with my connections back to Australia. If you're planning a working holiday this is a great option.

I have been to Thailand dozens of times and normally stay at a different hotel each time. I will be returning in around 3 months and will definitely be staying here again, it was without a doubt the best accommodation and location I've had staying in Phuket for the price.

Note: at this time (April 2022) many shops and businesses are still closed while Phuket waits for the return of more tourists. This will change over the next few months.

We came here as rated “hi” and we needed a long hard break from a hard working life in London!!!

Their facilities are great, clean, staff very friendly and overall a decent place. However, after coming to Thailand so many time’s we have never encountered a hotel that allows people to swim in the pool to 0330am, drinking alcohol all night outside peoples bedroom windows, not allowing guests to get rest. Many time’s we called down to tell them people are playing music and we can’t sleep, they said there is nothing they can do. It was like Benidorm, predominantly Russian families from baby’s to elder sitting in their groups shouting screaming and getting very very drunk. They moved our room so we were as far away as possible but this was not much help. On one occasion they sent the guard, the guard was useless he just sits on his phone and doesn’t care. We have many videos so show you. In other Thai hotels they desperately clear the pool around 9pm and make sure no one is drinking on the site. They send people out the complex or to their room.

In the end we got sick of complaining. Totally ruined our rest, no sleep for a week.

One block has building work behind the back, big construction site, awful sounds all day till late.

The other backs on to roosters. Nice early start!

When we did move room the air con didn’t work. We were given a fan, again videos to show, the maintenance man In our room till 2am, not able to fix it and resulting in us getting a fan that sounded like a Boeing Jet engine! Not to mention the irritation of it blowing on us.

The restaurant manager was great, they don’t accommodate for vegans at all in the restaurant but he was happy to source some Soya milk and make us something fresh that was ok for Vegans.

The manageress was kind but didn’t have the authority to administer any rules to make sure that all paying guest were happy. We did write a complaint but we’re advised that we were the only one complaining about the noise, so it’s tough. Yes because all Russian families were partying outside the bedroom windows. I’d strongly advise English People to stay well away from here, so many beautiful hotels to stay in and English friendly
Overall a very poor stay for us

Ps we will up load all videos to You tube u set Aurico Phuket Awful Hotel

The hotel is fairly new and has all the facilities to make your holiday enjoyable. We had a pool access room on the ground floor and it was very pleasant. The walk to the beach is about 15 mins and although a bit uphill it was okay. There are the usual 7/11 Stores and also laundry that costs 60 Bhat per kilo. The reception staff were very professional and helpful and i had no issues during my stay

The location was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly. The pool is gigantic and extremely clean, was an excellent swim up pool bar, the building and the grounds of the resort are really well maintained. It is off the main street and hidden away so you won’t be disturbed by night time noise, yet close enough to walk to the night market and Kata walking street. A free shuttle is provided to Kata beach which is just perfect and there are 2 7-11’s locates within a couple of minutes either side of the resort.

The room itself is extremely modern clean spacious and well designed. I was upgraded to the ‘Nest’ room free of charge. The gym whilst small,
Had all the required equipment. This place is perfect for solo, couples, family, or group of friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We opted for a pool entry room, which was definitely worth the price we paid. It was incredibly enjoyable to sit outside of room day or night and watch the water shimmer and so convenient to go in and out of the pool whenever we wanted to. The location of the hotel was convenient to restaurants and shops. The breakfast that was included in the room price was very good. We especially enjoyed the made-to-order eggs, cappuccino machine and fresh fruit. We couldn’t ask for a better breakfast. We found the beach shuttle provided by the hotel very convenient. I had a thai massage on site and while the cost was a bit higher than the surrounding shops, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend the onsite spa. While it is possible to have laundry done onsite, the pricing was quite high. Instead, we brought our laundry a block down the road and that worked out well. All of the staff - housekeeping, front desk, pool maintenance and restaurant were all very accommodating. Oh, and the pool is beautiful.

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was lovely.

The service is amazing and the staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help and accommodate you.

We got a free room upgrade to a pool access room which was really nice and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool is massive and really good swim up bar with cocktails and 2 for 1 in the afternoon.

Includes breakfast was lovely, lots of different options to suit everyone and very tasty.

Definitely worth the stay for a few nights in a more fancy hotel!!

very few drawbacks. Staff were incredibly helpful, services were excellent, rooms and common areas were well maintained and clean. Location was very good for both Kata and Karon beaches. Breakfast was good, enough choice of asian and European plus the usual egg / waffle / pancake option, shout out for the dairy, both the milk and butter was ice cold and the high quality, this can be an afterthought in some asian hotels. coffee machine was pretty decent bean to cup for milk drinks etc.

Spa treatments were good, internet speed was perfectly good for streaming media and had good coverage next to the pool and in common areas for example.

Small -ve points, some of the mosaic tiles in the pool were coming away, and the a/c in the gym wasn't very cool both very minor points.

Overall - incredible value for money, plenty of places locally for food/drink (shout out to the red corner), not much more you could really want.

First impressions are great; we loved the location as it’s close to everything but also on a quieter street with some great local restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms are comfortable and stylish and the pool was great if a little chilly. The main letdown was the customer service. The staff don’t seem happier or motivated and consequently don’t go the extra mile to provide a friendly and warm service. We had to ask multiple times for drinks and meals ordered, basic necessities such as toilet roll and towels etc This was a shame as the hotel could be amazing with a little more effort from management.
