We stayed here on our trip to see the vineyards of burgundy. It's a very quiet and comforting place to stay. There is lots of parking out back. Breakfast was delicious but maybe a bit overpriced. You can make your own boiled eggs, although they said to put them in for only 4 minutes, they were still pretty raw, try...

Hotel e Clos is situated in a great location, a few minutes drive south of Beaune, very near the A6 and very near the vineyards and villages of the southern end of the Route des Grands Crus. We decided to visit Burgundy from Germany for 4 nights, hoping to enjoy the autumn colours, Beaune Saturday market and the amazing weather...

A charming farm house conversion. We spent two nights in the bread oven-a very well appointed small cottage opposite the main building. Reception very helpful with good English. Breakfast buffet was excellent and up with the best in France. Local restaurant Berger du temps was good value and perhaps better than a1 star Michelin the previous night. Wine list was...

This property not an ancient farm has been well renovated and offer good quality accommodation in a quiet village, enjoys a nice park and parking facilities. Rooms are not exceptional but meet 4 stars criteria. Breakfast is of good quality and management friendly. Good choice at a reasonable price.

Situated very close to the A6, Hotel le Clos is the perfect place to overnight. It is a beautifully restored farmhouse with a lovely garden and a warm welcome. Rooms were simple but comfortable and very peaceful considering the proximity to the motorway. As a B&B we booked dinner elsewhere and there were plenty of options nearby.

My husband and I stayed in this delightful small hotel for one night at the beginning and two nights at the end of our cycling holiday in Burgundy. We stayed in Two different bedrooms. Both were reasonably spacious with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. One had a bath and the other a shower. The beds were comfortable, pillows could be...

This hotel is a converted farm, with big airy bedrooms, wonderful gardens to relax in, and charming proprietors -nothing seems too much trouble. Very convenient for Beaune, but also an ideal overnight stop-off, being very close to the motorway. Can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We decided to stop for 2 days in Beaune to visit the cellars and the Hospice. We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Just perfect! The new owner just moved in and was so nice. Rooms are spacious, nice and perfecly clean. Manicured lawn outside and perfectly calm. Beaune is just a few minutes away, so it is a...

We stayed here as part of a walking holiday and enjoyed our stay. The hotel was a family run business but it changed hands whilst we were staying. However, the old owners are staying on for a month to ensure a good handover. The rooms are comfortable but the ones we stayed in on the first floor only had baths...

We were looking for an alternative staging-post between our home in Nice and Calais to the excellent Hotel Henry 2 (qv) in Beaune, and came to Le Clos for two nights with a friend. The hotel is a tasteful conversion of an old farm, set in very peaceful and attractive grounds. At the time of booking, we expressed a preference for...
