My first time in Basque Country and I don't think we could have picked a better place. Great location in the mountains where places like San Sebastian, Biarritz France, or Pamplona were a short drive away. Its nice to travel to the bigger cities and retreat to this quiet inn. We ate dinner here most of the nights as service...

We stayed there for a night on the way back from holidays and enjoyed the place: a small hotel with, refined decoration, nice restaurant, excellent service. Good breakfast, buffet with local quality products. There is a large car park which is convenient. The village is rather pleasant.

First time after horrendous crossing from Portsmouth to Santander, less than two hours later relaxing in this hotel in the foothills of the Spanish Pyrenees was not only a wonderful relief but also a delight. We stayed teo nights and have always planned to return, we did so at the end of August 2016. On both occassions we had huge,...

We chose this hotel for a stopover on our way to Bordeaux. This is a nice comfortable, cozy, charming old building. However as it is located right next to a busy road and in the village it is more urban than the impression we got from the pictures. As our room was close to the road the traffic noise early...

What a charming place this red plastered hotel is. A nice lobby, beautiful stairs, a garden and rooms with atmosphere. We had a large room with balcony and a view of the hills surrounding Bera. But I missed something extra what you expect in a small hotel for which you pay a high price. Why not welcome your guests with...

The service and friendlyness of the staff were great. The rooms are cosy and personal. My floor was leaning due to the old buiding but it just makes it more genuine. The food in the restaurant is excellent!

Situated in an old farmhouse, this beautiful and elegant hotel reminds one of times gone with large sitting and dining areas as well as beautiful gardens and a sense of openess not often found. Our suite was spacious, the bathtub even big enough to fit a human body which is not always the case in Europe and bathrobes for guests...

Found this place with a bit of luck - during a road trip. Great rustic appeal while providing modern comfort. Lovely dinner at the restaurant, excellent wine and service. Breakfast was sumptuous and prepared us for the long day ahead on the road with many kilometres to cover. Wish there were more places like this!!! Very special find.

This is an interesting building in a small town about 30 min from San Sebastian. We stayed here three nights because we couldn't find accommodation in San Sebastian as everything was booked due to an event in the area. I don't mind to be out in the country in a small village as its quiet and there are no crowds....

This is a very very nice hotel . I arrived very late after a long walk in the mountains and was welcomed . The manageress or owner is one of the kindest people I have met . Furnished with antiques, there is lots of old world charm and character . Food is excellent too , the wine free with the...
