The room was clean, we stayed for one night before boarding the boat for the Gili’s. For the cost of the room I was very happy. The room has wardrobes, fast showers, a TV with a selection of DVDs, a little patio area, and an amazing location for the port. The food and drinks were cheap. The BLT sandwich was delicious! We also had the burger for dinner and that was also lovely. Overall extremely happy with my experience here. As it is a port please remember to bring your earplugs!

Dirty with no place to hang clothes, in a questionable neighborhood. I would not recommend this facility. We booked or two nights, but left the first morning. Also, there was no internet service available to communicate with friends.

Great spot in Padangbai. Nice clean rooms. Superb, friendly staff. Nice little on premise restaurant/bar. Walking distance to both beaches. And you literally can not stay any closer to the ferry terminal.

Booked on Booking.com confirmed late check in a week beforehand and sent an email. Arrived at midnight as stated and the place was locked up. Tryed to call but no answer, I knocked for 5 minutes them had to walk 2 klm in the rain to find another place. I went back the next day and the manager lied and said she emailed me and phoned but I would have been on the airplane in transit. I have neither email or phone call from her. Not only is the manager a bad lier but she shrugged her shoulders and laughed at me. Don't waste your money, avoid the dump.

We stayed for one night on our way to the Gili Islands. For this purpose this hotel is perfect - they arranged pick up from the airport, the room is very clean and the service excellent. Breakfast was delicious with pre order from a nice selection. The staff did their outmost to help us in every way they could. Can highly recommend for shorter stays.

I just needed a place to crash after a trip over to the Gili Islands. This place was perfect and was very close to the ferry terminal. The staff couldn't do enough for me which I was very thankful for.

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. I’d initially booked for a different day but due to illness had to push the reservation back. Lala, the manager, was so helpful and understanding and everything was easily done. The staff that work there are lovely; so friendly and helpful with good knowledge of the area and onward travel. The room was cheery and very clean. The bathroom was SPOTLESS. Even though I was only there for a couple of days the staff asked me each day if I wanted the whole room cleaning. Each room has a comfy double bed with mosquito net, great air con, a nice patio area with table and chairs, and satellite tv in the room which was a great touch. Breakfast was good with lots to choose from. All in all, loved it. I think it’s great value for money and would stay again if ever in Padang Bai.

I have to give this place an excellent purely on service. Due to weather conditions a planned trip didn’t happen. But from the initial booking I found them good to deal with.. Sometimes you just want service and understanding...Zen gave this.

Such a friendly, helpful and welcoming staff! When I arrived I was greeted by a lady at the reception who welcomed me warmly and had my reservation printed and ready. She gave me all the details I needed to know, guided me to my room and also explained everything I should know. She also explained how I would get to the boat that would get me to the Gili islands, with a genuine smile that never left her face. I had a special case with the hotel: I reserved for 2 nights by mistake, while I only wanted to stay for one night. There was no way I could get my refund through the online reservation system. I explained my case to the hotel manager (a very pleasant lady), who told me that she will do her best to sort this out and refund me by herself. The next morning, she did exactly that! She contacted the online reservation agent, explained my case and was able to give me my refund as cash, (minus the commission which she has to pay to the agent). I was so glad and thankful. Other hotels wouldn't have done that and would've rightfully kept their money for themselves. But the team at Zenn Inn was genuine and kind! The room was clean, tidy and calm with a spacious shower room. It is a budget hotel, so ofcourse the room was of basic standards in terms of amenities, decoration and facilities. But that's all what I needed for a good night sleep! Highly recommened if you need to sleep over one or two nights before going to the Gili islands. The boat is just 5 minutes away by foot.

We liked staying here while diving in padangbai. You can order many kinds of breakfast (pancakes were good) and the room has a small private outside backyard. They even had a small video collection so you could watch a movie while relaxing in the end of the day.
