Thank you so much for your warm attention during my stay. The villa #3 is a little paradise. Wide open space. Perfectly comfortable and beautiful ! The entire staff is super sweet and kind. Extremely helpful and responsive. Had a massage with Wulan that made me wanna come back to Bloo Lagoon only for massage among many other reasons !...

We stayed for two nights as a treat for my partner's birthday and had a lovely time. Unprompted, the staff made him a birthday cake that was iced with his name and sang to him - all very sweet! Although we'd only paid for the smallest type of villa they gave us one of the biggest ones with a great...

While I do not regret making the trek to Padangbai, I likely would stay at the OK Dive hotel instead of here. The Bloo Lagoon is an adventure for sure. The open walls and ceiling mean that everything outside, comes inside. The bug nets are on the bed for a reason, use them, tuck them in. The large spider-like bug...

Again stayed at Bloo Lagoon Village and it keeps getting better. All the staff are very friendly, helpfull and interested in making you feel at home. The resort is nestled on a hilltop overlooking on 1 side Padangbai and on the other Amuk Bay. The villa's are open, which means you only have a roof that covers you and the...

Took a fun (but not as advertised) cooking class here...the reason I say not as advertised, is it states you "visit the morning market to buy ingredients"...we didn't, it was all there ready for us...we then had a little bit of involvement whilst the chef basically cooked stuff for us...the food was delicious, just not what we expected from a...

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking time to write a review. We really appreciate your comments. We take our in house guests to the market early in the morning but, in your case, since you were still in Tulamben area during the day, whiles you requested to be picked up from your villa at 4.45 pm for the 5pm class....

It was our 3d visit of Bali, and this time we choose the eastern part to have the completely different experience: less crowded, more natural and calmer. We stayed at hotel for 11 nights. Inspite of the fact the hotel didn't exceed our expectations much, because some of negative moments were true: like neglected paths with overgrown or trampled in...

The room was VERY run down with a bad ant problem, holes in the sheets and nets, corroded lamps, and unsanitary sinks and utensils. The pool looked gross. "Eco" is no excuse. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was a highlight with tasty food (Western choices were great after 17 days of Warung) and an unforgettable view...

Dear Michael S, The Eco is not an excuse for us. Ants are very much part of natures clean up crew and well worth observing as they go about their duty. We need to be patient as we let this natural system grow and learn its health and intricacies. Bloo Lagoon is a place to observe and learn with nature....

We were booked into a large garden villa which had a beautiful outside seating area, sofas and kitchen included. We ended up moving to the other side to an ocean view with a terrace, as my wife was utterly afraid there were snakes in the garden (which an employee confirmed with "sometimes"). They moved us with no fuss and no...

Dear Swissguy01, With the mosquitos, beside with huge gardens also we have many ponds contain mosquitoe eating fish, and are enjoyed every morning and evening by the mosquito eating swallows, dragonflies, bats and frogs. We do not fog as this will poison these beneficial species and poison us. We have no idea why you feel the pool area is very...

We stayed here in June 2016 on the recommendation of a friend. We went for a "volcano view" villa and it was really lovely.
