What an amazing stay we had. We didn’t quite know what to expect but thought we would stay here before we went over to the Gili Islands. We were so glad we did. We loved every moment of it. The Villa was just beautiful. Open air shower and outdoor living area with amazing views over Padang bai and Penida island. Just gorgeous. We did the cooking class which was fun and delicious. We also went with Made through his beautiful garden where everything is grown for the restaurant. He was so proud of his garden and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The restaurant has the most amazing views I have ever seen and the food was so great and affordable. We loved it. We are coming back to stay again this year and we can’t wait. Thank you to all the amazing staff. We also loved Bloo Lagoon beach which was beautiful. Just a couple of minutes walk from the resort.

Staying here we felt very connected to nature, such an amazing view, accommodation, facilities & location. Perfectly located for easy access to the beach for snorkelling, here there is a nice reef and plenty of fish. We also went diving with Geko dive who are just down the road in Padangbai. Perfect accommodation to stay when diving and snorkelling. The restaurant was really nice with panoramic views. Staff very kind and friendly with great food too. The spa was also very pleasant with a really tranquil setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Thank you. We hope to return one day.

The location is sensational. The views are incredible. The villas are an elegant Bali style open arrangement overlooking Padang Bai & the harbour. Water is crystal clear. There is yoga to suit beginners -intermediate most mornings with a skilled instructor in a beautiful open air area with an amazing view. The staff are mostly very friendly & attentive. Villas are cleaned daily. The pool is wonderful & the gardens are serene. The breakfast is great with a good selection of hot food, fruit, pastries & accompaniments. Beds are comfortable & lovely. The meals in the restaurant were nice but I didn’t think they matched the calibre of the rest of the place & felt they were a bit on the high end for what we got. Likewise, the spa & therapists were good, with lovely organic products but thought not as good a standard as the rest of the place was overall. I would definitely recommend it & stay again though.

Large villa with 2 double rooms, outdoor showers and open-air living/kitchen. Large terrace overlooking sea towards Nusa Penida. Ceiling fans and mosquito nets. Relaxing pool/slide area. Nice restaurant. Free shuttle bus to take you to and from Padang Bai village. Staff organised local snorkelling trip for us - small fishing boat out to 2 snorkelling sites where we swam with a turtle! Also did a Balinese cooking lesson in our Villa which was fun. Soup/sate/pancakes. No hesitation in recommending a stay here.

If you are a nature lover, this is THE place to to for you! You basically sleep in open air huts so you must be bug-ancious free but if you are you will LOVE it! Amazing views, really tasty food at the restaurant and all of that at affordable prices. Yoga and high quality breakfast is included in the room rate. Also a free shuttle is available at anytime to get down to the city or to the blue Lagoon beach(because the place is on a very steep mountain) . Yoga class is by the way really good and starts at 7:30 which is an easy to do time for anybody I believe. Pool has a stone slide, lots of fun for kids. There are monkey here so you need to hide your food when in the room not to make them become as nasty as the monkeys in Ubud. This place is so magical! Would definitely suggest to a friend and also revisit when next time in Bali.

Stayed here for two nights before getting the fastboat over to Gili Air. It's perched high on a hillside with amazing view over the bay. You can walk down to bay or use the super convenient shuttle bus which you can use 24/7 via whatsapp for no charge. We didn't eat here but there are plenty of great places locally. Breakfast is OK I think could be improved with some freshly cooked local dishes but it's nice. Can I just say the service is amazing. On the last day I left my ipad in the room and the driver was able to rush it down to me as we waited to board ferry. I'll always appreciate that.

This place was awesome. Short walk to the best beach in bali in my view. (Bluewater lagoon) All the food we had here was 5 star. And the views 6 star. The rooms are not quite 5 star but the rest make up for it.

Stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend as we were in the area to go diving! Loved: Great staff, so friendly & helpful / loved the WhatsApp communication with reception really fast responses / shuttle up and down the hill into padangbai was great. Breakfast included & a perfect view. Early free yoga was a highlight, what a view! Be aware it is an open style building so there are a lot of bugs. Crazy amount of mosquitos at dusk - team very helpful with spray / electric repellent - lots of centipedes / can hear the harbour alerts (didn’t bother us as we were up early). Could do with some more sun loungers & an evening yoga class would be amazing! Overall though, I would definitely recommend Bloo Lagoon.

We stayed only one night but wished it was much longer! The views are the standout attraction here - volcano, stunning hills and endless ocean - but the staff are what really makes it unique! Having travelled extensively and worked as FOM, I fully appreciated the reception staff's welcoming, happy, and couldn't-do-enough-to-help attitude. Before we arrived they happily assisted with booking a transfer car and arranging snorkelling for us at Bloo Lagoon (don't miss this). The hotel is quiet, with just the noise of tweeting birds, ticking crickets or croaking frogs... gorgeous. You'll find monkeys down the hill, delicious food and a wonderful spa too! Nothing to fault.
