Have just come back from here 4 nights. The rooms were fine clean beds but hard asked for extra pillows and mattress toppers both supplied that day. Food good and lots of choice. No free WI-FI and evening show terrible.

I may have been slightly mean not giving 5stars but this hotel is too big for people with walking problems ALTHOUGH that is the only real issue we had. Food great, staff great, amazing views. Rooms spotless and nice size (kettle in room would have been nice due to distance to bars and restaurants) I would recommend this hotel with...

We stayed in this hotel in the first week of November this year and it was wonderful, the sea view is outstanding with ALL rooms having a sea view with the higher floors obviously have the best views over Taurito and Puerto Mogan harbour in the distance, the food was amazing and the staff were very friendly although a couple...

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly, the beach is accessible via bus but its not a great beach although the all inclusive bar down there does make it worthwhile. The hotel is a way from anywhere outside of it i.e. bars restaurants, you have to get a taxi to Mogan, but this is well worth it...

If your looking for a couples holiday this might not be the hotel for you as they're plenty of family and kids staying there, if you like peace and quiet there is a smaller adult pool with a mini bar but make sure you go down early and put your towels down or you won't get a sunbed, the food...

I'll start with arrival, arrived at around 9:30pm, it seems to be the last stop on the transfers! Dinner finished at 9:30pm so we missed that however, there was the opportunity for late arrivals to have dinner at 11pm. We didn't take this. So we were directed to our room, luckily we were meeting family that had already spent 2...

if you plan on staying here be prepared for an expedition to get to your room, two lifts and two stair cases later we arrived in our room - it was spacious and clean but annoying how the only plugs available had the light fixtures plugged into them so you have to sit in the dark to charge your phone....

I stayed in the hotel with my 6 y.o. son in a suit room at the end of October. We did not enjoy our holidays for the following reasons: 1. Food is average 2. Drinks are a poison, apart from the coffee which is average. No bottled water, can only be purchased from the machines and is not cheap 3....
