There is no air-conditioning. Only a very loud fan on the table in the room. Room is quite warm and stuffy at night. Have to open the windows and the loud noise from the Highway and lights from outside of the room. Could not sleep at all. The ceiling in the toilet room of Room 413 is disgusting and dirty.... More

Our 2nd time here. There's not much choice in Lasarte so it's not as if we could have picked and chosen amongst lots of contenders even if we'd wanted. But this hotel is clean, efficient and fairly well positioned.Room was reasonable size for the price .Bathroom was small but towels were adequate and toiletries basic but plentiful.Parking is possible outside but isn't secure... We stayed here many years ago, because we knew its location decided to stay again. Staff on reception very welcoming. Bedroom adequate, comfy beds but bathroom small and radiator needed some paint. Bar and place to eat you have to go outside and its next door, good variety on menu, not expensive, friendly staff. Didnt have breakfast so can't comment, hotel ok for the money

This hotel is comfortable, clean, and staffed with very helpful people. Parking is available. Accommodations are basic but fit what we wanted and needed. A small bar/restaurant next door is available for breakfast. It was convenient to Martín Berasategui's restaurant: a short taxi ride or a longish walk.

Agree with other post, this hotel only survives, as San Sebastian is busy & expensive. Front desk staff ok, but lack customer service. We had a 1 night stay in 2 tired, peeling paint, mouldy bedrooms, ants in the rooms, the promised fans were not available, thus a sleepless night. Staff not interested in helping very much. Definitely a low... More

We booked this hotel simply because of the price compared to the desired destination of San Sebastián though even at the price it is not overly cheap but about average for accommodation in Spain. The hotel itself is a 2Star and basically that's about it. An old hotel that survives simply because San Sebastián is so expensive. The front desk... More

The staff was helpful (possible early breakfast at 6:30).Breakfast was simple, but delicious: fresh bread, ham, cheese, cereals, although black teabags were missing. The room and bathroom were tidy, and bathroom was checked and bed made every day. Wifi working

We stayed in Lasarte to visit Martin Berasategui's restaurant(which was sublime)and this hotel was a good choice though to be fair the choice in Lasarte is limited. Hotel has a big 2 stars attached to the building and you get what you'd expect of that standard hotel, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable--and within walking distance of Berasategui. It's a medium... More

I can not say, that it was something wrong with this hotel, we choose it by random,at the last moment, when have been so much attracted by San Sebastian town and wanted to stay day more, didn't find any hotels in the town, cheaper then 200 EUR (weekend and high season),so,as it wasn't far from city,8 km,we took it.Not small room, with balcony, old fashion, but clean... The rooms are perfectly clean with a small balcony overlooking the village and the valley. The staff on reception spoke English (not sure if this is true all of the time) which was very helpful and were really to make a good price for a long term booking. The restaurant/bar is just outside of the hotel and has a good... More
