I was travelling with my wife, where, we suddenly decided to stay at a transit hotel once we arrived to the Malpensa Airport and booked Airport Hotel Malpensa through booking.com. It cost us 30 Euros to go to the hotel from the airport by taxi, which was way too expensive. It is better to get a shuttle arranged by the hotel from the airport, rather than taking a taxi since it is much cheaper. However, If you have a rented car, this is a ideal place for a night stay to get refreshed before starting your journey. Check-in process was easy and quick where, the hotel staff was helpful, friendly and speaks English. The room was small yet cosy, clean, warm and all the essential amenities were there with a private bathroom which was nice and clean with hot water. The breakfast was also included in our package, where the lady at the bar was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was simple yet good. If you travel by train it is necessary to go back to Malpensa Airport to catch the train to Milan Central Station. The hotel staff arranged us an Airport shuttle service to the Malpensa Airport at a price of 11 Euros and the driver was also friendly and helpful and speaks English, so you can ask for necessary information. Overall stay in the hotel was really good and great value for the money you spend, where, can be highly recommended for a night stay.…
This is one of the hotels close to the airport. It offers cheap transport to the terminal. It is a bit worn out but the rooms are really big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also good. If you travel with the car, you can park it infront of your room.
I gave it one star because it’s close to the airport and Il Pizzorate Restaurant right in front of it was very good. Rooms are old and dated, mosquitos inside the room from opening the bathroom. Window that is so high you can barely close it. If you like to control your room temperature forget it. It’s controlled by the office manager. I had to ask three times before he finally turned it on then it went off in and hour and a half or so. Thankfully it wasn’t that hot but still. If you pay $150 for a room you should be able to control the cooler yourself. How cheap can you be. Just stay at Novotel for less money and newer, modern rooms. Shuttle was adequate for 18€ coming and 11€ going so another star for that.
The Hotel is very comfortable , I believe you need to have a car and you can park In front of your room They keep it very clean and breakfast is included Great selection of jam cheese breads juices croissants etc missing fresh fruits The hotel is less then 5 minutes away from airport The staff was very friendly Highly recommend at a nice confortable rate Nice area to walk with a great view very close to the hotel
I thought this was an excellent way to spend an extended visit to Europe. A no stress night sleeping and catching a early morning flight. Walked from room to gate check in. More hotels should be attached to airports. I makes everything so easy for early morning check ins.
First of all, we got a bargain of a deal on this little gem. It's close enough to the airport so you don't have to panic about getting stuck in traffic, yet I never heard an aeroplane. The room was very clean and had all the necessary goodies, including slippers (which I am currently wearing, thank you) and a mini bar. There was even a razor kit in the bathroom. We had a simple but pleasant breakfast before heading off. Each room has it's own parking space by the door, making it easy to lug the luggage about. We only had one issue, which I understand the reasoning behind: My husband is in a wheelchair and, I imagine, somebody once whined that they couldn't get around room. This meant that the bed had been reduced from what was probably a King size down to an itty bitty double (two pillows could not be set side by side). There was at least a foot each side of the bed before you reached the bedside cabinets (maybe more) and I spent the night clinging on for grim death, lest I fell out. That was a shame, because the bed was quite comfy. I would definitely recommend this Motel and would certainly use again.…
No English breakfast, no English TV channels and no entertainment for the kiddies.....only joking. The motel is 5 minutes from the airport. I'd hired a car through B-RENT whose office can't be more than 1km from the motel. So the location couldn't be more convenient or quiet. Quick check in, park the car right outside your own door (it is a motel after all) and in you go. Good sized room, clean, air con, fridge, huge comfy bed and plenty of mirrors...ahem. Breakfast has the usuals accompanied by freshly made, proper Italian coffee. If you're looking for something to eat Circolo Sant'Eugenio and Il Pizzorante are both very close and well worth a try. If you haven't got a car (it is a motel after all) then you'll find yourself remote.
Arriving very late into Malpensa, this was a great location and choice. Such efficient check-in service. Parking at your door. Comfortable beds. Wonderful morning coffee and breakfast. Everything just seemed to go smoothly. It was also a super access point to highway in order to get on road early and head to Lucca! Stay there again? Absolutely.
I stayed here last night. My flight was over an hour late so I missed the last shuttle and had to pay 30euro for a taxi. It seemed very pricey for the short ride. Other than that it is a lovely place to stay. The staff have all been very pleasant and helpful. The room was a decent size and I appreciated the eco loo rolls. The shower is a bit dated but great pressure. It is peaceful and surrounded by trees-I am sitting with my window open listening to the bird song-very nice. I especially appreciate the late check out as it is usually a rush to get out in the morning but they said whatever time suits me is fine. The wee bar fridge was not so cold but my food has survived so far. I would stay again especially if arriving prior to 10.30 and could catch the shuttle (still have to pay for this)…
Its is 9+ km from the airport no public tra nsport Taxi was 28€ which was more than my flight Nothing wrong with the hotel Nice peaceful area NOT what I wanted for 1 night stop over If you are driving it would be fine The area is very nice but very quiet for a solo traveller
