A vostra disposizione navetta gratuita.

We stayed as a family before an early morning flight. The hotel shuttle picks you up and takes you back to the airport, which is a 5 minute drive away. Staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful, the rooms very comfortable and clean. The rooms were very hot and seemed impossible to regulate temperature other than by opening the windows, but as the windows opened onto a quiet and beautiful garden we found that a good solution. The restaurant in the hotel is fine but expensive: a dinner for two adults and two children with half a bottle of reasonably priced wine cost the same as the two double bedrooms. The breakfast buffet is ok- unless you have allergies, in which case it is probably best to get a rate without breakfast and sort yourself out at the airport. While the dinner staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about allergies, and went to significant lengths to keep our two children with severe nut allergies safe, the same cannot be said of the breakfast staff, who did not understand and did not know what would be safe. None of the cereals, bakery products or cakes had allergen labelling and with the staff not knowing what was in them meant the most allergic child could only have dried pre-packaged toast and butter (the biscuits he had been pointed to him as safe actually carried a “may contain nuts” label). Aside from the obvious disappointment for a child who until then had been asking if we could stay in this hotel every time we have an early flight, the hotel should train the morning staff better and take better care to label breakfast items as it is likely that a good proportion of what was unknown to the staff (such as the excellent blueberry tart I had) would have been safe to eat for the allergic children if the ingredients and possible cross-contamination status had been known.

Since June, 2021 I have visited Italy four times. In order to return to the USA I need a current covid test, so I arrive at Malpensa on the day before my flight and am tested for 20 euros in the arrivals area. I then spend the night at the Villa Malpensa which is 1-2 km from the airport, but completely free of airplane noise. I call the villa from the airport and they send a driver for me at no charge. When I depart the next day, I again have a free ride to the airport. The villa was built around 1910 as a private residence. It has a beautiful exterior and well kept gardens which include a swimming pool. The interior public areas are comfortable, well maintained and consistent with the noble history of the building. My rooms have always been large, well appointed and quiet. The bathrooms are large and well appointed. The hotel is often available at very modest rates, but do not be misled; this is a high quality property. The restaurant is in a beautiful room. The food is some of the best that I have had in Italy, and the prices reflect the high quality. The staff in both the hotel and the restaurant are professional, respectful and helpful. The villa is in a location that allows safe walking with pleasant rural scenery which is incredible given the proximity to a major international airport. Overall, a wonderful place that has been consistently excellent.

This place is really beautiful. I slept in a Castle with a lot of art inside Service is amazing and a great to place where to stay. Really affordable and you over get for what you paid. Breakfast can improve. I’d rather to pay for it. It’s pretty close to the airport and you can move easily to Milan if you stay oveenight.

I stayed here for 1 night after flying into Malpensa Airport. I never expected an airport hotel can be this beautiful and unique. Although it is very near to the airport, the hotel is not easily walkable if you have heavy luggage, as you have to cross some pretty busy motorway. I took a taxi. Although I arrived very early, the hotel graciously allowed me to check-in, and this was much needed as I was really tired after my early flight. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and situated in a very quiet and well maintained part of the city. I would stay here again if I need to be near the airport. Very reasonable price, and the hotel practised the Government-required Covid restrictions very seriously ;-)

We stayed three nights when we arrived in Italy and one night on our departure. We had two large and beautiful rooms- both freshly decorated. Both had balconies. Quick airport pickups after a call and scheduled on-time departures. The staff were great- efficient at the front desk and dining room. Loved the bartender and breakfast server! Great bed, linens and towels in our lovely rooms. All I can say is that we had two wonderful stays and we will return! Some FB posts complained about the cost of the dining room. We felt our meals were very good but they may well be a bit expensive for some. An easy solution would be to return to the airport for a low cost meal and take the shuttle back. Thank you Villa Malpensa!!
