This is by far the best B & B I have stayed in. Jenny is very warm and welcoming and has provided practically everything needed for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The breakfasts were great and really set me up for the day and a lift to and from the NEC was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend...

Jenny greets you with a warm welcome, nothing is too much trouble. Good hearty breakfast keeps you going all day, and Jenny kindly took us to and collected us from are NEC show. This took the hassle out of our visit. Also beds wonderfully comfortable.

Gosh. A lovely space. with all you could need. Jenny will find you more. So friendly and warm. The lift to NEC and back was soooo helpful. I stayed in a cabin with tv, wifi avaiable, but ask for password. Warm, cosy and luxourious for the cabin/lodge environment. The host were so warm and hospitable. Make you a sandwich to...

We chose Kingscliffe without 'trip advisor' because it wes near the NEC. From the moment we arrived Jenny could not have been more helpful from assisting with cases, getting us settled in, to pointing out the out the loca restaurants. Breakfast was exactly as advertised, absolute Bliss. The trip from Kingscliffe to the NEC is a short one but on...

We originally picked this due to location and the fantastic service to and from Birmingham International + Arena for gigs. What completely swung it was Jack the Jack Russell terrier. Jenny and family are still super friendly, provide a family feel service and a super breakfast. Accommodation is beautiful, exclusive and secluded. Apart from the odd plane noise and two...

We have just returned from our annual trip to the NEC and once again stayed with Jenny at Kingscliffe. Although a cabin, the accommodation is first class, very clean and warm. The breakfast is superb. The added bonus is being able to be taken to and picked up from the NEC. Thanks for a superb stay and we'll be booking...

After reading the positive reviews of previous Trip Advisor travellers, I can only agree with their comments. From the first telephone conversation to our day of departure, Jenny made us so welcomed. The Location was off the main road and down a country lane. On arrival I was able to park my car on their driveway. Our accommodation was a...

We stayed two nights while visiting the NEC. This is an ideal location for it. Jenny provided great service and advice for local restaurants. Superb breakfast and a clean comfortable room. Would definitely stay again if we need to visit the NEC or the airport.
