Had a lovely executive room overlooking the estuary towards Conwy, the hotel is very smart clean and tidy, good bar area and restaurant, we didn't use the spa here although we fully intended to, but when we checked it out we found it very busy with enthusiastic exercisers and as it is only small it didn't suit our taste. However...

As regular Quay non resident guests, we are increasingly saddened to see a decline in the standards of the soft furnishings, worn chair arms & stained cushions, also tables could benefit from a clean. Sorry but we expect more in line with your charges for a "not outstanding" coffee.

I have been left very disappointed by the service here after hearing so many great things about this hotel. The reception at the hotel are great and I can't thank Elizabeth enough for her efforts but on wanting to make a reservation we also wanted to book spa treatments. Reception were unable to put me through to the spa as...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I was delighted to hear Elizabeth was extremely helpful but sorry to hear you could not get through to the Spa. I have spoken with my Spa Manager and have agreed, as the Spa is so popular, an extra terminal and phone so they can cope with the...

Stayed here a number of times and always go away meaning to stay somewhere else next time I'm up this neck of the woods. Rooms are quite nice with a nice comfy bed and reasonably quiet, wifi is OK but very poor mobile reception. What lets the hotel down is the service, food in the bar area is very poor...

My second visit to The Quay Deganwy. I had room 240, which is an executive double on the 1st floor with a balcony . The room was just perfect, the view was exactly as I was hoping for ( and more) . It was like being on a cruise ship with the water lapping outside & the stunning view down...

We received a package deal from our son. It consisted of one night stay with evening meal and breakfast, use of the Spa facilities and a Spa treatment. When we arrived we were fortunate to get an upgrade to our room, we ended up in a Suite, which was absolutely fantastic, very big and well equipped. The view from the...

I booked a spa treatment day for me and my mum as an early mother’s day gift and I cannot speak highly enough of the spa. The two ladies offering us treatments, Sian and Mi-Mi( I think ) were fabulous. I have never felt so relaxed before. My mum said it was the best Indian head massage she has ever...

Stayed at the Deganwy Quays for a second time, this time to celebrate my wife's birthday, we had a quay view room, it was large and well appointed. Evening meal was excellent and the breakfast was fabulous. The views across the estuary from the bar and restaurant are second to non.

Booked a 3 night stay in an Estuary view suite in November for husband's birthday in March and it was superb. From checking in everything was explained and we were shown to our suite and the view was superb as was the accommodation. Lounge with 2 sofas looked out through patio doors onto terrace & the estuary beyond. Bedroom housed...

As a frequent user of the spa facilities for a number of years I cannot speak too highly of the treatments offered and the girls who work there. I am always greeted warmly and the massages are of the highest standard. The girls are all friendly and really make the customer feel special and looked after. The new chill outroom...
