Came here for a work event, never been before and a great find, rooms where good, staff very friendly and nothing was too much for them, grounds were stunning and pool looked great only wish I brought my costume. If you are either looking at holding meetings or an event you should take a look here.

Excellent in every area, location, food, rooms, service. Didn't use the facilities but twhat was on offer looked very good. The weather was kind and we enjoyed the wander stop for the lake and gardens , the Manor House and barn were interesting too. Very nice patio area for an evening drink .

Whilst staying at Norton Park was, us usual an enjoyable experience (our 12th?) the single irritant is the long walk to the rooms.I have a slight difficulty walking far ,so I am not representative However if reception staff could make allowances for aged folk arriving with walking aids in room allocation,it would be helpful- not to say encouraging in seeking...

Always looking for different venues. Amazingly pretty grounds, so relaxing gd in the sun. Very friendly hotel atmosphere and staff. Lots of places to sit and watch the world go by - inside and out. Busy restaurant, but even so service was prompt and the choice of menu was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff were very attentive and on hand to cater for all your needs. The room we had was outside the main hotel this was joined to the building by a covered walk way. The room was spacious and comfortable. The toilet plumbing kept awake on first evening. However, prompt attention and repair- even left a little box of...

The main thing letting this hotel down is the service/lack of. The restaurant is extremely slow, we had to get up both breakfasts to find someone to order a drink, despite being told we would be served at the table. The buffet breakfast is okay, but the buffet lunch is terrible and definitely not worth paying for with a spa...

I havent stayed at the actual hotel so I can't comment but I wouldn't recommend the spa. The staff made a few mistakes which meant I couldn't have my massage, I was told I would get a full refund, they refunded the whole package (it was a deal for 2) and then cheekily emailed the next day to say they...

I am sorry for the misunderstanding concerning your visit to the spa. Our guest's health, safety and well being is our number one priority and our team were not able to offer the treatment you wanted on this occasion. You were offered a refund on your part of the package as a gesture of goodwill. Your sister's treatment went ahead...

When we arrived we were told that the restaurant was fully booked for both nights of our stay. The only option left was the bar menu/room service with the bar menu. The bar menu was limited and expensive. As the location of the hotel is rural we had to drive a restaurant in the village on the first night. The...

I am sorry for the shortfalls you encountered during your stay. Like any restaurant, pre-booking is strongly advised as we cannot accommodate all of our guests in our restaurant at once. Our lounge bar serves food throughout the day and your feedback has been taken on board by the team. We hope we can welcome you back in the future...

We stayed overnight as part of a wedding party. We found the hotel to be clean throughout! Particularly the bedroom which was immaculate. The bed was comfy and we had a lovely stay. I don't often write reviews but I wanted to just take the time to say what a great member of staff you have found in Rose! She...
