Enjoyed a spa day with lunch. The lunch was excellent the treatment was good but was disappointed that the treatment was only 45 mins although was suppose to be an hour. Receptionist was very friendly. Would recommend.

We visited for a wedding, the hotel is set In farmland down a long well made drive. Reception was busy but prompt service was provided, staff very nice. We had booked in to the old house this is surrounded by the original manor building stables Kenals and glass houses. Inside the manor house is sparsely fitted out, perhaps this is...

The post code sent me to a caravan park and the sign posting was almost non-existent so not the easiest place to find. Fabulous grounds to walk around but all the flower beds needed weeding and sorting. Lots of staff but still glasses, plates, tea things were left out on the tables and not everyone seemed to know what they...

We were on a mid week package. There is a lot in previous reviews that I recognize. Although not the twerp who complained about old people getting in his way!. The hotel is in extensive grounds with 'signposted' walks. It is excellently managed. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and efficient. The main plus was the quality of...

The room we had was in the original manor house and was spacious but a very odd shape. Window view was poor across the kitchen roof. Everything in the room was fine and clean. Dining was great but the service was very slow on the Sunday evening but was great on Monday. Dining staff seemed very overloaded on Sunday. Reception...

We checked in here for a two night mid week break. The Hotel is in over 50 acres of park, has its own carpark, and disabled parking. Reception was friendly and efficient, and we were directed to our room, which was very good, clean, big, and comfortable. Our offer included dinner on the first night, a bottle of wine, and...

Thank you for your review, I am pleased you enjoyed a friendly welcome on arrival from our reception team. Unfortunately with the design of the leisure facilities, space does not allow for a Jacuzzi but we hope this can change in the future. It's wonderful to hear that you received good service throughout your stay and I apologise for any...

We came along recently to use the spa and facilities and enjoy lunch together The treatments were top class and the relaxation room was really comfortable The only thing lacking was a jacuzzi which would've been just a great addition Lunch in the bar was delicious and very filling. We had a lovely relaxing day

I was here for a two day seminar with several colleagues. The rooms are a long walk in a rabbit warren away from reception and although they are new in comparison to the Mnaor house, there is no air con and they are very hit, even in May, particularly as you couldn't seem to turn off the heated towel rail!...

Sprawling annexes for standard rooms, good exercise and navigation test. Friendly helpful staff throughout. Very clean rooms. Amazed at lack of air-conditioning in standard rooms for this standard/type of hotel. Offered Gluten Free options for meals.

We recently had a weekend at this hotel. All the furnishings were very tired and looked like it needed a total refurbishment. Bathroom could do with a good deep clean as well. The swimming pool area definitely needed a deep clean as the white water grid around the pool had some green on it. The ceiling in the pool area...
