Standard room, clean and quiet with comfy bed. As room 26 is at the end of a corridor and far from reception, the wifi was poor. There was a high Leylandii hedge 2m from the window, so lights were on all the time. Water was not quite hot enough and not exactly a power shower either! As we were spending...

Great location just off the M5 so ideal as a journey break from the West Country. We had a lovey large room with balcony which overlooked the cricket ground, which was a delight. The bathroom was also large with a great walk in shower, so much better than accessing the shower from the bath. I only rated at very good...

We have stayed at this Premier Inn a few times in the past years and have enjoyed the lovely view over the cricket pitch and The Ship pub and restaurant. We have not been for about three years and whilst of course the location remains the same and the staff friendly as ever, unfortunately we found the beds not to...

Thank you for for taking the time to write a review, I am really sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay, management will investigate the squeaking bed, and hope to sort the problem asap, the restaurant belongs to the Green King group, and unfortunately Premier inn has no control over the service or quality of their...

Our room was large and airy and very clean. It was very quiet and we slept well. We didn't have much cause to call on staff but when we did they were friendly and helpful. We had a family room which faced the cricket pitch.

The rooms are specious and the beds are comfy. Rooms were clean but cold. The plug in heater was ancient and didn't heat the room at all. The bath water was warm but didn't run hot. It's a shame that breakfast hours are so short.

The hotel is lovely and clean, comfy beds and a balcony to boot. I didn't hear any other guests or any noise from outside even though we slept with the back door open! My son was sick during the night and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to clean up. They even let us check out...

Everything worked so well for us - thank you. One of the best PI's we have stayed in. Clean, tidy, comfortable. Staff were excellent. On the day of the wedding a few of the family congregated in our room before we departed for the ceremony. The cleaner knocked but we decline the offer of our room being made up as...
