    Came for a 3 night stay had room 1 twin beds en-suite bathroom / shower, very friendly couple that run this quaint b n b Breakfast is everything you want as you pick yourself what you want on a slip so no waste great idea .. Room lovely and clean tv and wi-fi everything you need you won't be disappointed

    We needed a place to stay from which it was easy to get into Edinburgh for the Fringe Festival.     Clean well appointed room, shared bathroom facilities is a rarity these days but was no problem. Very good value and the location only 20 minutes from the airport for an early morning flight, recommended.

    Excellent location, close to train station to Edinburgh. Owner was friendly enough, we left super early 1st morning, told owner and were given tasty sandwiches all ready made for us to pickup.     I recently stayed with my three year old son and found the place and owners just perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone as it was simply perfect - wonderful breakfast, brilliant room and very hospitable owners.
