We do take your complaint very seriously but your bizarre behaviour and attitude along with our usual high standards made us very suspicious of your motives.
Visited after being recommended and absolutely fantastic food, service was ideal and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend this outstanding hotel and will definitely be back next year. Lovely setting and surroundings too.
