Assia is a perfect place to spend the holidays with the family. Lots of things to do: Horseriding, Tennis swimming, relaxing with a perfect massage... visiting Lucca, Pisa, Florenze, ..breathing the air of Toskany at a Place where the hosts Elena and Cristiano are also like family. We loved it and we will come again asap. If you are not looking for an unpersonal five-star-hotel but for a nice familiar place to stay...go for it! And the food by Mohammed is excellence Italian cousine! 👌

This year we went to Assia for the second time. After spending a memorable holiday there last summer there was no doubt we would return. The property itself is very well kept, surrounded by the beautiful Tuscany nature, equipped with a swimming pool & bar area, spa, tennis court, horseback riding facilities, various roads into the nearby forest offering the possibility for running & hiking & last, but not least maybe the best thing of all: their restaurant. Our apartment was spacious and super clean (special thanks to the lovely ladies who kept it organized daily and were ready to satisfy any of our requests, whether it was about an extra towel or bedsheets) with a balcony that had a wonderful view. The owners, Elena & Gabriele & the whole staff made us feel like family for which we are really grateful. The food and their restaurant was the absolute best, starting with the breakfast, fresh bread and pastries served along with delicious espressos and cappuccinos. Being a vegan, I have received a super special & thoughtful treatment at lunch and dinner: a variety of delicious and nutritious dishes made of high quality & fresh ingredients, many of which they have cultivated themselves in their own soil. I definitely highly recommend their restaurant to anyone, they take super good care of the guests, always keeping in mind their special needs & requests. Special thanks to the chef Mohammed. أنت أحسن طباخ في العالم شكرا كتير على كل شيء

We stayed a week here and the environment is relaxing. Nice view from the room, nice pool and beautiful landscape. What impressed me the most was the restaurant. We were 3 times there for dinner, no matter fish or steak, the chef cooks with passion and love. Everything tasted fresh and delicious with fair price. Hospitality is the high light. We strongly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation and authentic perfect Toscana food.

We were a few families (7) spending Easter holidays together and we rented the whole place for a week. The familiar atmosphere, great restaurant and comfortable place made our stay mostly enjoyable. The main villa is really the best place to host different families and offers great common spaces. Tennis courts and horse riding facilities made it an easy place for kids.

Room Tip: apartments in the villa were the best, then apartments on top of the stables were nice
